| Tobacco is an important economic crop in China's national economy and international trade and plays an important role. In tobacco leafs, chemical composition of the content and composition has a direct impact on the quality of tobacco. In this study,10 different producing areas'128 samples were analyzed. We studied main chemical components and aroma constituents by pyrolysis in the flue-cured tobacco leaves, and established the fingerprint of aroma components. Different areas tobacco was classified by cluster analysis. The main results are as follows:1) Main chemical component analysis shows, in addition to the total sugar, reducing sugar content in some parts area is higher, than the other indicators were within the appropriate range; Leaf chemical composition between areas significantly different, even to the very significant; The different between foreign and domestic tobacco leaf chemical composition is significant, such as the United States and Brazil shows characteristics that total sugar and reducing sugar content is low, total alkaloids, total nitrogen, and the chlorine is high, Zimbabwe shows the similarity with China of tobacco ingredients.2) The main aroma constituents by pyrolysis between different areas are consistent, but its content is significant different. Aldehydes, ketones accounted for the majority of the total aroma components. There are many kinds of ketones, 2,3-dihydro-3,5-dihydroxy-6-methyl-4(H)pyran-4-ones has a higher levels in ketones; In the aldehydes, furfural,5-methyl furfural,5-hydroxymethylfurfural were quite different in content; In Alcohols, the main different is 2-furanmethanol; the palmitic acid has higher levels in high fatty acids. Except for aroma constituents of pyrolysis, neophytadiene has a High content, the nicotine content between samples is significant different.3) The fingerprint spectrum was established by relative retention values and relative areas of characteristic peaks. There were 17 peaks and the parameter of which met the stipulations, the fingerprint spectrum overlap rate more than 0.898, similarity rate more than 0.9336. 4) Cluster analysis by main chemical composition, aroma components and fingerprints. The result shows, Cluster analysis of different indicators result of division is similar between each other. The United States and Brazil shows different with domestic tobacco leafs chemical composition; Zimbabwe shows the similarity with China of tobacco ingredients. |
