With the development of Ecological Agriculture, a series of requirements and limitation for the pesticide and fertilizers were proposed. Beneficial microorganism had become a research hotspot now. Because it can enhance the effectiveness of soil mineral nutrition, improve the rhizosphere nutrition conditions and the growth of crops, promote the fertilizer efficiency, and improve the crops nutrition environment. Mixed fermentation broth combined with fertilizer can increase yield and quality of the crops, and decrease the amount of fertilizer. This experiment researched the mixed fermentation of five beneficial microorganisms (the Actinomycetes,PSB,Yeasts,Lactobacillus,Actetobacter), and selected the initial additive proportion and the optimal combination through the orthogonal test, and investigated the effects of mixed fermentation broth with different combinations of fertilizers on plant growth, yield, qualities, nutrient absorption of the garlic and soil nutrient. The results were as follows:The initial additive proportion of Actinomycetes and PSB were the main influencing facts on the counts of viable bacteria. The results showed that the optimal combination was GF2J2S2C3(Actinomycetes,PSB 20mL/L; Saccharomyces 1g/L; Lactobacillus Bulgaricus1.5g/L,A.rancens0.3g/L), the viable bacteria counts of PSB was 1.75×108cfu/ml, Actinomycetes was1.2×107cfu/ml。The treatment of complex microorganisms with half dose of chemical fertilizer(M+HF/2)and single chemical fertilizer were better than other treatments. It had obvious effect on promoting the top growth, plant height, green leaves, diameters pesudostem and bulb of garlic. The application of organic manure was better than chemical fertilizer on promote root growth. The treatment of complex microorganisms with total contents of organic fertilize(rM+YF)had the better effects on root dry weight, volume and fresh weight.Complex microorganisms combined with chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer could increase yield and qualities of garlic, and the treatment of single complex microorganisms had no obvious yield increasing effect. And the treatment of M+HF higher than the control, increased by38.02%, at harvest time it was the highest on diameters pesudostem and bulb of garlic. Fertilizer combined with complex microorganisms could improve soluble sugar content, soluble protein and Vc. the effect of complex microorganisms combined with organic fertilizer was better on garlic quality.Applying complex microorganisms can accelerate the absorption of N and P, increasing the contents of N and P in soil. The soil of N and P contents were maximal with the treatment M+HF/2.
