With complex structure and rich biodiversity, Broad-leaved Korean pine forest in eastern China's mountainous area northeast of climax community, is China's temperate needle-leaved forest zone representation of the type. Broad-leaved Korean pine forest in the role of maintenance of global biological diversity can not be replaced. Diversity of fungi in both its original Korean pine forest conducive to the protection, but also promising for further development and utilization of fungi basis. In this paper, the soil fungi of original Korean pine forest in Fenglin Nature Reserve, including the white birch forest, linden tree forest, Feng-Korean pine forest, pine forest and the operation of five Korean pine fir forest soil humus layer and soil, be studied, the humus layer from the community, the soil surface and the surface composition of soil humus layer and the overall three perspectives on the study area the species composition of soil fungi, the number of individuals, a variety of indicators and other aspects of diversity analysis. After sampling survey and data analysis the following conclusions can be drawn:(1) In humus layer and soil surface were isolated from minute 30 genera,72 different fungi. Humus layer which were isolated from 29 genera and 71 species of soil fungi were isolated from the soil surface of 28 genera and 70 species of soil fungi.(2) seasonal changes of soil fungal community structure significantly. Humus layer and soil surface type and quantity of soil fungal communities have an obvious seasonal variation. The dominant species of soil fungi also changed greatly.(3) Soil fungal community structure quite different forest types. Humus layer in different forest types and soil surface type and quantity of soil fungal communities have a significant difference. While the dominant species of fungi there are some differences, but Penicillium, Trichoderma, Aspergillus, and several other advantages are the kind of humus in all forest types and soil surface layers have shown advantages, but the dominant species there are specific different, reflecting the spatial distribution of soil structural characteristics of fungi.(4) The original Korean pine forest soil fungal diversity in Fenglin Nature Reserve, have a significant seasonal variation. Evaluation of its biological diversity, species richness, Shannon-W iener (1949) Diversity and evenness were significant seasonal changes. Most indicators in September which should be higher than other months.(5) The soil fungal diversity of original Korean pine forest Fengl in Nature Reserve show some differences in diffrernt type forstry. Evaluation of its biological diversity, species richness, Shannon-W iener (1949) diversity index, evenness have some differences. Linden tree where Korean pine humus layer and soil surface in a number of diversity index showed the greatest advantage.
