Soil is the basic material of agricultural production, and Heilongjiang black soil region is very important to produce grain. To maximize the production potential of black soil fully, rational planning should be done, and the region should be cultivated and used with the local conditions. Rational fertilization is an important measure to adjust measures to local conditions. Effects of long-term experiment on soil fertility have been reported, but there are no systemic studies on effects of long-term fertilization conditions on carbon, nitrogen content and morphology of black soils. In the paper, different treatments without fertilizer, with chemical fertilizer and compound treatment of organic manure and chemical fertilizer were done, and their effects on carbon content and morphology, distribution and transformation rules of ammonium and nitrate were studied. And the results were as follows:1.Carbon element in black soilContents of total carbon, organic carbon and humic acid all increased, while content of inorganic carbon decreased with long-term fertilization. Contents of total carbon, organic carbon, humic acid and HA/FA ratios were all highest, and percentage of inorganic carbon content to total carbon content were lowest with compound treatment of organic manure and chemical fertilizer. The results showed that:application of chemical fertilizers and organic manure were helpful for accumulation of organic carbon, and compound treatment of chemical fertilizer and organic manure had the better impacts.Active soil organic matter content and carbon pool management index significantly be affected by fertilization. The variety of active organic matter content and CM trend were similar, i.e. active organic matter content and carbon pool management index with chemical fertilizer treatment were higher than those without fertilizer, the effects of compound treatment of chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer were better, and carbon pool management index increased with the higher organic fertilizer dosage.2. Nitrogen element in black soilContent of total nitrogen had no significant change under different fertilization, increased with compound treatment of chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer, and it reached maximum with the moderate organic fertilizer dosage.Nitrate and ammonium contents in black soil varied significantly under different fertilizer. Compared with blank treatment, ammonium content with NPK fertilizer treatment had significant variety. Compared with blank treatment, nitrate contents with four fertilization treatments all increased, the contents with organic fertilizer were higher than those with organic fertilizer, and nitrate contents increased with the higher organic fertilizer dosage. The results showed that, under compound treatment of organic manure and chemical fertilizer, due to nutrient complete, promote crop uptake and improved nitrogen use efficiency.Under five different fertilization conditions, total content of inorganic nitrogen were in the order: M3+NPK> M2+NPK> NPK> Ml+NPK>blank. It showed that, treatment with chemical fertilizer and compound treatment of chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer both increased inorganic nitrogen content, and inorganic nitrogen content increased with the higher organic fertilizer dosage under the compound treatment of chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer.
