In order to study the technology and methods that apply microbial feed additive to substitute antibiotics to produce the pork of safety and high quality to reduce the residual of antibiotics and drugs in the pork. And reduce the occurrence of antibiotic resistance. And clarify the effect of application of microbial agents in the safety production of pork. So the subject made a stage test about the 35-155 days of age pigs from ablactation to slaughter to study the affect of probiotics to the pigs'growth,state of health,intake,digestibility feed conversion security and economic benefits that in the different growth stage. The test selected 120 piglets who are health,35 days age and local within the ternary. They were divided 4 groups,each group of three repeat, each repeated 10. Test groupⅠ, groupⅡ, groupⅢadded respectively 2‰,4‰,6‰of rich high enzyme at the age of 35-75 days, and added respectively 1‰,3‰,5‰of rich high enzyme after the age of 75-155 days,The test groups'seleval stages were all not added antibiotic in the diet;The groupⅣwas used comparison added antibiotic in the diet.,In the age of 35-75 days were added colistin sulfate and the other related combination drugs,In the age of 75-155 days were added flavomycin and the other related combination drugs to used comparison test.The results shows:[1] The feed intake of 35-75 days age's piglets in groupⅡis the highest, followed by groupⅢ, the difference is both notable compared with the comparison group(P<0.05),the feed intake is the lowest, and the other three groups significantly different(P<0.05);average daily gain of groupⅡwas the highest, the second is comparison group, differences between the four groups were all significantly(P<0.05),there were no deaths in each group, feed conversion of groupⅡwas not notable compared with the comparison group(P>0.05),the difference was notable between groupⅠand groupⅢ(P<0.05).The feed conversion of groupⅡdecreased respectively 13.7%, 18% than groupⅠ,Ⅲ, 3.8% higher than comparison group.[2] Four groups are not considered the same in the other case management and disease control costs , Not considered the same four other cases, management and prevention costs, All piglets of groupⅡwill get 183.91 yuan profit per head, followed by the comparison group, groupⅢwere the lowest.[3] Indicators of the groupⅡwere all ideal in the all of finishing pigs, the difference is notable compared with the comparison group (P<0.05),but indicators of groupⅠandⅢwere both poor.[4]Without considering the same other management costs of four groups. All of pigs of groupⅡ, each can gain profit 206.53yuan, slightly lower than the comparison group, the profit of the groupⅢis the lowest. [5]In the full test, average daily feed intake and average daily gain of groupⅡwere the highest, followed by comparison group, groupⅠwas the lowest; feed conversion index of groupⅡis 1.63% higher than comparison group. It was respectively low 12.28%, 11.97% than groupⅠ,Ⅳ; earners in each group suffered from ill health and diarrhea, mortality.[6] Four groups were the same as the other without consideration of cost management and prevention, in the whole period of breeding, groupⅡcould gain profit 390.44 yuan each pig, slightly lower than comparison group of 424.69 yuan, groupⅠand groupⅢwere significantly lower than the comparison group.[7] GroupⅢis the highest in the early days of growing and finishing pigs of the indicators, such as dry matter, crude fiber, organic matter, crude protein. (The age of 35-75 days were added rich high enzyme 6‰, the age of 75-155 days were added rich high enzyme 5‰), the difference is notable compared with the comparison group(P<0.05), indicators of groupⅡwere slightly lower than groupⅢ. (The age of 35-75 days were added rich high enzyme 4‰, the age of 75-155 days were added rich high enzyme 3‰). But it was higher than comparison group. Results showed that add rich high enzyme in the pigs'feed can improved feed digestibility very significantly. And add in the range of 6‰increase in effect on the digestibility and the addition of a positive correlation.Conclusion:Probiotics in the pig breeding can improve the growth performance of pigs, maintain the normal healthy state, and no pollution, no residue, can replace antibiotics in pork's safety production application. The results show that add respectively rich high enzyme 4‰and 3‰in the age of 35-73 days and 75-155 days, do not add antibiotics and antimicrobial agents, daily gain, feed conversion and nutrient digestibility of pigs can meet or exceed the pigs that were added antibiotic. But under the present conditions, the costs of probiotics is higher, in the case of the price of pork is same, the cost of safe and high quality pork is higher that apply the probiotics to produce. Therefore, we propose to give policy support to speed up research and application of probiotics.
