To assess Brevibacillus brevis FJAT-1501-BPA as potential probiotics in vivo and vitro was taken in this study, the main resuLts are as follows:it had a higher antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli,Salmonella sp.,Staphylococcus aureus and had good tolerance to artificial gastric intestinal juice,0.3%pig bile salt, high spore production rate and strong heat resistance, suggesting that it couLd be a potential probiotics candidate for beneficial use.The contamination of miscellaneous microorganisms can be controlled when adding 4%NaCl,0.1‰ Calcium citrate tetrahydrate,2‰ xanthan gum to fermentation broth, adjusting the pH value of fermentation broth to 7.0 and keeping fermentation broth preserved at conditions of dry, cool and normal temperature.Amylase, celluLase, hemicelluLase and protease activity in fecal samples of the test group one increased at an average of 19.23%(P<0.05)、105.40%(P<0.05)、16.31%(P<0.05)、94.17%(P<0 05),crude ash, crude fiber,Ca and P decreased by 19.15%、23.81%、40.30%、1.29%,respectively,compared with the group one that were fed basal diet supplement with 100 mL Bacillus preparation(per kg of diet). The average daily gain was inproved 29.27%in group one in compared with the control group(P<0.05),diarrhea was decreased by 17.24%(P<0.05),Lactobacillust in fecal samples of the test group was increased by 32.70%(P<0.05),while E.coli and Salmonella was decreased by 65.37%(P<0.05),14.60%(P>0.05),respectively.TP,ALB,CA in blood samples of the test group one increased at an average of 4.11%(P<0.05).18.27%(P<0.05)、13.04%(P<0.05),AST decreased by 62.36%(P<0.05),other indicators are in the normal range or normal content. The PLFAs biomarker,Simpson index、Shannon index、Pielou index、Brillouin index in fecal samples of the test group one increased at an average of 3.32%、4.84%、5.48%、5.42%、5.49%.It is indicated that supplementation of Bacillus preparation in weaning piglets may be improving digestive enzymes, improving feed conversion rate, maintaining microecological balance and, enhancing the growth performance of piglet. It couLd be a potential probiotics candidate for beneficial use. |
