The study was to optimize the technologies of superovulation, in vitro maturation (IVM), and in vitro fertilization (IVF) in infancy rabbits to provide the theory in further study of juvenile in vitro embryo transfer(JIVET) on other animals. And we further studied the expression of follicle-stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR) on Infancy Rabbits aimed at investigating the effect of FSHR gene on superovulation, IVM and IVF in order to study of biological function of FSHR on rabbits. The results were as follows.1. Rabbits were superovulated with different dose of FSH, the results showed that, 50d rabbits were first response for superovulation; using 30 IU FSH was better than 20 IU and 40 IU (P<0.05); the result of superovulation of 60d rabbits was better than 50d (P<0.05) and 70d (P>0.05); the result of superovulation in spring was better than in fall (P>0.05).2. The IVM rate of 70d rabbits was more than 50d (P<0.05); the IVM rate of 60d rabbits was more than 50d and less than 70d (P>0.05); the IVM rate in fall was more than in spring (P>0.05); the IVF rate of 60d and 70d rabbits were more than 50d (P>0.05); the IVF rate of 70d rabbits were more than 60d (P>0.05); the IVF rate in fall was more than in spring (P>0.05).3. The expression of FSHR in rabbit ovary during 30d to 365d was measured by real time fluorescent quantitative PCR method. The result showed that FSHR mRNA expressed at a lower level at 40d than 30d and increased from 50d to 365d, which coincided with the response for superovulation of 50d, suggested that it might be important in superovulation of infancy rabbits. And IVM, IVF rate were increased with expression of FSHR.
