The farmland salinization is one of the major forms of the soil degeneration in arid and semi-arid land. Its origin and development are the complex dynamics course influenced on climate, hydrology, terrain and irrigation system and so on. in general, it is easy to result in farmland salinization on the condition of arid, great evaporation,shallow groundwater, more dissoluble salt. Salinization immediacily and indirectly influences on human survive, society stabilization, farm yield, resource and environment continuable development. Rightly evaluation and prevent soil salinization have important significance to promote agriculture produce and sustainable development of region.The papers on the sustain of the item that the study and demonstration of water and soil resource continuable exploitation and utilize in Xinjiang Yili Valley, we carry through field research in study area, design 56 spots and get 56 groundwater samples and 292 soil stylebooks. At the same time, we get the geography position, vegetation status, the quality of surface water and so on, and make use of Kriging by Arcgis and Surfer etc software study on the characteristic and salt-driven actuation factors of farmland soil salination in Ili River ValleyThe papers get across determine and analysis samples, and combine DEM of research area, we can educe:(1) In the whole, soil salinization in study area is not severe, but in partial area there has masses of accumulated salt, that is a challenge to farmland use.(2) The depth and salt content of groundwater are Driving Factors of Farmland Soil Salination, especially, at the special hydrological condition have more influences on it.(3) Gully density influence on farmland salinization incarnates that farmland irrigation influence on farmland salinization,the more gully density,the less possibility of salt accumulating.(4) Terrain have great influence on the distributing of salt content in small scale, especially at the south channel, which's terrain change distinctly, so terrain decide the speed of accumulating salt content at a certain extent.(5) The climate and hydrology have important influence on soil salt content in specifical drainage basin, and have more extensive influence in all main drive factors.The research on farmland salinization in this paper on the purpose of getting the attention of academe and satrap, and hope intending study dedicated in farmland and other soil types from the study on the law of soil salinization to mechanism of different soil types,and give all-sided,accurate advances.
