The comprehensive utilization of bovine blood was researched by using the modern technology of industrial biochemistry.The two kinds of highly valuable biochemical product including thrombin and Cu/Zn-superoxide dismutase were isolated from bovine blood.Thus, the bovine blood was reutilized and the environmental pollution due to abandoned blood was solved.A new simple and convenient technology that can be used to realize the large-scale production of copper/zinc superoxide dismutase and thrombin from bovine blood was built in this study. By establishing a fast and simple technology with the tube separator, continuous separation of red cell from blood, the results showed the separation rate reached 1600kg bovine blood/h.About the extraction process of SOD, The process parameters was determined through the experimental study heat denaturing methods under the existing copper zinc salt; On the basis of previous work, The procedure of SOD was built, that includes many technologies, such as continuous separation technology of red cell, heat denaturation, ultrafiltration, acetone deposition and ionic exchange etc.The new procedure abolished any chloroform and alcohol in traditional method of the hemoglobin removed,and When ultrafiltration technology was used to concentrate extracted solution, the acetone use level decreased a lot. The results show, that the most appropriate temperature of thermal denaturation reaction is between 72℃-75℃,and that under the most appropriate temperature, As the copper zinc salt solution concentration increases the effect of thermal denaturation was obviously improved. Finally, the most appropriate conditions of the thermal denaturation process was 72℃and adding dissolve blood volume 3% of copper zinc salt solution.About the procedure of thrombin, this paper develops the method of extraction and purification of thrombin from the bovine plasma by using Ion Exchange. The process is as followings:the plasma is frozen at-20℃and purified by using Ion Exchange. The results show that the recovery of thrombin which plasma is treated with freezing is 48.9%(1.4 times that of the thrombin by using the traditional Ion Exchange), and the specific activity is 1807.9U/mg (1.2times that of the thrombin by using the traditional Ion Exchange).
