Coccidiosis in chickens infected susceptible chickens by oral intake of oocysts and the rise of only after the spores of chicken swallowed, can cause coccidiosis in chickens. Therefore , in vitro method to reduce the sporulated oocysys of chicken coccidia, coccidiosis infection in lowering of great significance. In this study, in vitro screening methods combined with in vivo tests can reduce the rate of E. tenella spores of Chinese herbal medicine study, the results are as follows. In experiment 1, depicting and 15 kinds of herbal extract of blank congtrol.3 groups of each drug in each set with 3 repeats. Three experimental groups were not of Chinese herbal medicine and the role of spores of oocysts E. tenella 1h, 5h, 10h and centrifuged after washing culture incubator at 28℃for 4d after mirroring. The results show that Fructess toosendan and Acalypha wilkesiana spores was significantly lower than that of other groups on the role of 1h And 5h, and the effective rate is relatively higher than its drug; Role 10h toosendan, consistent rate of Fructess toosendan, Cyrtomium Rhizome and Herba agrimoniae spores of 24.11%~23.17%. At different times in each test group and control group were significantly different(P<0.05). The results suggested that 1g/ml Fructess toosendan and Acalypha wilkesiana E. tenella occcysts can significantly inhibit the rate of spore and significant increase of the relative efficiency of duug.In experiment 2, for different concentration of Fructess toosendan , Artemisia annua L, Acalypha wilkesiana and the control group. 3 replicates each group were not in effect E. tenella sporulated oocysts measured at different time rates of spores. The results showed that Artemisia annua L 1g/ml, 0.5g/ml 36h role within the 0% rate of spores; Its 0.25g/ml 18h spores in the rate of 1.71% in the control group resched 85%; 96h in effect, its spores were 25.81%, 47.35% and 62.50%, a significant difference between them(P<0.05); Fructess toosendan spores of the rate of 31.21%~71.89% significant difference(P<0.05); Artemisia annua L spores was 41.32%~72.67%, a significant difference between them(P<0.05). Visible, Acalypha wilkesiana can inhibit the process of spore E. tenella oocysts, and the inhibition was significantly related to its dose.In experiment 3, for different concentrations of Fructess toosendan , Artemisia annua L, Acalypha wilkesiana and the control group, each group of drugs with 5 each with 3 repeats. E. tenella respectively sporulated oocysts have been mixing 1h, 2h, 4h, 8h, 16h , capsule removal rate and the determination of the relative efficiency of drug. Results suggest the control group at different time capsule removal rate and the relative efficiency and other drugs between the groups were differen(tP<0.05); 1g/ml Acalypha wilkesiana 1h, its off when the capsule than 0.5g/ml, 0.25g/ml low and high relative efficiency of drug and the role of time off with the bag to redue. The relative of Fructess toosendan and Artemisia annua L were lower than 1g/ml, 0.5g/ml Acalypha wilkesiana. Can see that, Acalypha wilkesiana could inhibit spore sac removal of oocysts E. tenella and the inhibition intensity and the concentration and related. In experiment 4, 100 12-d-old chickens equally separated into 5 groups and 3 relicates each group, 14-d-old were inoculated with Acalypha wilkesiana treated with different concentrations E. tenella sporulated oocysts, and no drug treatment E. tenella sporulated occysts.Separate the positive control group. OPG measured in each group, feed intake and survival rate, calculated by weight, relative weight gain. The results showed that after treatment Acalypha wilkesiana chicken body E. tenella occysts after infection with the OPG were lower than the negative control group, and weight gain and survival of the chickens had no effect. Inferred, Acalypha wilkesiana treated oocysts E. tenella lower virulence of chicken, the relative rate was quite positive control. In experiment 5, 100 12-d-old chickens equally separated into 5 groups and 3 relicates each group. 14-d-old were inoculated with Acalypha wilkesiana treated with different concentrations E. tenella sporulated oocysts, and no drug treatment E. tenella sporulated occysts. Separate the positive control group. Its were fed for 3 weeks and 5 weeks then to test the blood glucose levels and the TP, ALB, GLO, TG, Cr, BUN, TC, Ca, Mg, P, NO, NOS.The results showed the 3 weeks of age creatinine in each group and the control group are significantly different(P<0.05); The test group and other groupsⅣwere significantly different(P<0.05). Other parameters among the groups were not significantly different(P>0.05). Visible, Acalypha wilkesiana Etenella oocysts after treatment of some blood biochemical indices was not obvious. This study showed that spores of Acalypha wilkesiana have not sporulated oocysts were significantly affected E. tenella. And inhibit the effectiveness of the oocysts pathogenic. The thesis studied the impact of Acalypha wilkesiana on oocysts E. tenella. Fruther studies on the mechanism of Chinese herbal anticoccidial valuable exploration, and provide a scientific basia.
