This study is our major sucking pest aphid Myzus persicae Sulzer as the research object , the effects of SO2 stress on the individual and the population continued aphid biological,and the activity measured by biochemical research methods, studying SO2stress on the aphid genetic variation and adaptaion, studying response of SO2 stress on Harmonia axyridis of an important aphid predators,the effects of environment stress on Harmonia axyridis of an aphid predators.Which cultivated inclosed chamber after treated with SO2 stress,the effects of SO2(ck,42.75,85.50,128.25 and 213.75mg/m3 ) stress on the growth of Myzus persicae Sulzer and Harmonia axyridis Pallas was studies.and Superoxidedismutase,catalase,peroxidase,carboxylestarage,glutathione-S-transferase ,acetylcholinesterase and Protease in Myzus persicae( Sulzer) and Harmonia axyridis are tested.the result showed that:1.The effects of SO2 stress of different concentration on instar ,mortality ,reproduction and population dynamic of Myzus persicae(sulzer),the result showed that SO2 treatment compared with the control ,significantly decreased instar of Myzus persicae(sulzer), the mortality was decreased, SO2 had a promotion to the reproduction, the effects of SO2 on the population dynamic,it is propitious to the development of population dynamics of Myzus persicae(sulzer).2.The result of Superoxide dismutase,catalase,peroxidase,carboxylestarage, glutathione-S-transferase,acetylcholinesterase and analogy through biochemical method are similar except carboxylesterase, the activity of thoseareall higher than control, SO2stress of different concentration can increase the activity of enzyme in Myzus persicae( Sulzer).Carboxylestarage of SO2 treatment compared with the control curve,with the increment of concentration of SO2 treatment,the activity of carboxylestarage were negatively correlated,that the concentration of SO2 is highe ,the activity of carboxylestarage is low,except the activity of carboxylestarage of 42.75mg/m3 concentration higher than the control , and the remaining three concentrations of activity were lower than the control.3.It view that the effect of SO2on the developmental progress of first ,second and third generation larvae of Harmonia axyridis ,with the prolonging of SO2 treatment ,it is more and more obvious that the effect of SO2 on the developmental progress of larvae of Harmonia axyridis ,85.50 mg / m3 concentration of SO2 had a promotion to the development progress of larva compared with the control.SO2 stress on the gaverage growth rate of body weight of first ,second and third generation larvae of Harmonia axyridis increased significantly with each generation, it show that SO2 is a clear handle on its role in promoting.Analysis of variance at the 95% confidence interval, the duration of the every concentrations had no significant difference between.SO2 stress on the gaverage growth rate of body weight of first ,second and third generation larvae of Harmonia axyridis decreased with each generation, it show that SO2 could increase the survival rate of Harmonia axyridis larvae.these indicators can be a better reflection of Harmonia axyridis on SO2 pollution is becoming more and more a process of adaptation.4.Protective enzymes activity increased with concentrations of SO2 in first ,second and third generation adult of Harmonia axyridis,the activity of SOD and CAT curves from first to third generation adult of Harmonia axyridis flattened by a drastica change,but POD were in opposition to them.The process that the activity of carboxylestarage and acetylcholinesterase from first to third generation adult of Harmonia axyridis from below to above the control,and the activity of glutathione-S-transferase and protease of SO2 by the drastic change curve tends to slow,these indicators can be a better reflection of Harmonia axyridis on SO2 pollution is becoming more and more a process of adaptation.This result is consistent with the growth. |
