Based on the research of neonicotinoids with cis-configutation in our group, two series of new neonicotinoid analogues (total 28 compounds) with cis-configuration were designed and synthesized. The structures of all the synthesized compounds were confirmed by NMR, HRMS and IR spectroscopy.Fifteen new neonicotinoids compounds containing 1,4-dihydropyridine ring have been synthesized via multicomponent reactions of NTN32692, aromatic aldehydes and ethyl cyanoacetate. The insecticidal activity tests were determined on Culex pipiens pallens, Pseudaletia separate Walker and aphid Aphis craccivora. The results showed that some of target compounds exhibited good insecticidal activities on P. separate and aphid Aphis craccivora at 500 mg/L. The electron-donating group on the benzene ring was beneficial for the increasing of the insecticidal activity, and the electron-withdrawing group will result in the decreasing of the insecticidal activity.Thirteen IPPA152201 derivatives were designed and synthesized. Meer-wein reaction and Suzuki coupling reaction were used in the synthesis of intermediate. The insecticidal activity tests showed that the mortalities of the target compounds against aphid Aphis craccivora were 100%at 500 mg/L.
