| In this paper by Solidworks software for axial fan impeller blade solid model, using CFD software is used to solve k-epsilon turbulence model, pressure-velocity coupling is adopted the SIMPLE model using Axial-flow Pneumatic Extinguisher on the flow field simulation and an analysis. In the design of the blade vibration mode simulation based on the natural frequencies of the leaves were analyzed for the fan provided the basis for the overall design.The simulation results and Axial fan test data are compared, good agreement between the two data, especially the rated operating conditions of total pressure, static pressure and efficiency of the value of data are conform, indicating that the numerical simulation results are reliable, on the next series of design and the improved design can play a guiding role.On this basis, considering the lift-drag ratio of leaf loss and the best performance of the leaf, this paper also for the impeller in a different angle of twist angle and installation under the conditions of the flow field simulation, flow through the fan and fan efficiency of the analysis shows that the twist angle and the installation angle of the fan performance is studied. |
