This paper study on some enzyme activity (AChE,CarE,GSTs )effects on four kinds of insects which are dealt with sublethal concentration of chlorpyrifos. Study results provide sustainable disciplines for analysis of resistance of insects effected by chlorpyrifos.The results of enzyme activity effected by different sub-lethal concentrations of chlorpyrifos on four kinds of insect showed that the enzyme activity of diamondback moth in vivo effected by different sub-lethal concentrations of chlorpyrifos is not the same. Take AChE of diamondback moth for example, enzyme activity increased after being processed with the 5% sub-lethal concentration of chlorpyrifos, later, enzyme activity reduced. Enzyme activity of diamondback moth first increased and then reduced after being processed with 15% sub-lethal concentration and 30% sub-lethal concentration of chlorpyrifos. CarE activity of diamondback moth processed with 5% sub-lethal concentration of chlorpyrifos first decreased, then slowly recovered, but rebounded enzyme activity can't reach normal activity level. CarE activity processed with 15% and 30% sub-lethal concentration of chlorpyrifos decreased, can't recovery to normal level. GSTs activity of diamondback moth gradually decreased by processing with 5% sub-lethal concentration of chlorpyrifos. GSTs activity first increased, then decreased to the normal activity level by processing with 15% and 30% sub-lethal concentration of chlorpyrifos.The law of AChE activity of Phyllotreta striolata in vivo processed with different sub-lethal concentrations of chlorpyrifos shows that the enzyme activity first decreased then returned to normal activity level by treating with 5% sub-lethal concentration of chlorpyrifos. Under treated with 15% sub-lethal concentration of chlorpyrifos, the AChE enzyme activity first increased and then decreased to the normal activity level. Under processing with 30% sub-lethal concentration of chlorpyrifos, AChE enzyme activity decreased, and enzyme restores ability also dropped. The law of CarE activity of Phyllotreta striolata in vivo processed with different sub-lethal concentrations of chlorpyrifos showd that enzyme activity first decreased then returned to the normal activity level by processed with 5% sub-lethal concentration of chlorpyrifos. Under processing with 15 % and 30% sub-lethal concentration of chlorpyrifos, CarE enzyme activity decreased, and it can't recovery. The law of GSTs activity of Bemisia tabaci showd that GSTs activity of Bemisia tabaci all increased after processing with three kinds of concentration of chlorpyrifos.The activity law of AChE,CarE and GSTs of Pteromalus puparum in vivo processed with 5% sub-lethal concentration of chlorpyrifos showd that enzyme activity first decreased then returned to the normal level. By processing with 15% and 30% sub-lethal concentration of chlorpyrifos, AChE enzyme activity first increased and decreased to below normal enzyme activity level later. CarE and GSTs activity of Pteromalus puparum is that enzyme activity decreased ,and it can't recovery.Enzyme activity effects of four kinds of insects which dealt with different sublethal concentration of chlorpyrifos are different. CarE was inhibted strongly by sub-lethal concentrations of chlorpyrifos,AChE and GSTs changed differently when insects processed with different sub-lethal concentration of chlorpyrifos. Enzyme activity mechanisms was markedly different when insects were dealt with different sub-lethal concentration of chlorpyrifos.
