The Observation And Analysis Of Biological Characteristics Of Leonurus Artemisia From 19 Regions

This paper uses the collection Leonurus Artemisia seeds from Zhejiang province (10) and Foreign (9) to plant in Lishui, observation its growth conditions and determination of stachydrine contents in flower view, base on the studies to selecting the best Provenance of Leonurus Artemisia which can abapt the growth conditions of Zhejiang South-West mountain. At the same time, use the molecular markers to study the molecular genetic background and motherwort relationship, revealing their genetic base and the rules of motherwort further development and utilization of resources and breeding of laying the theoretical basis. The results of our study is:1.Between the Plantation resources of Leonurus Artemisia From Different Regions, and have obviously phenotype diversity.The seeds from Liandu of Lishui have the highest quality,while those from the Longxi of GanSu are the worst.This shows that phenotypic characteristics of germplasm resources and their wide range of variability is closely related to geographical distribution.2.The phenological performance of Leonurus Artemisia from different regions in Lishui have big difference, while those which from Dinghai, Lanxi, g, Shangyu, Zhuji, Wuyi, Liandu of Zhejiang, Nanchang of Jiangxi, Kunming of Yunnan have the identical phenological performance.This may be related to the geographic location of seed sources, climate and soil conditions caused by the seeds of the different eco-regions there is a big difference on the adaptability. The determination of stachydrine contents have a Very significant level in the Leonurus Artemisia from different regions. From the perspective of quality medicines, Zhejiang mountain cultivation motherwort Southwest priority should be given to all overLiandu, Wuyi (Liucheng), Lanxi,, Yiwu, Wuyi (Maji) of several kinds of sources.5. ISSR markers of the 19 kinds of sources of genetic diversity motherwort analysis, 19 kinds of results will be distinguished from all sources, go into three categories, with the morphological characteristics and traits motherwort significant relevance, through ISSR markers germplasm resources of motherwort provenance delineation and demarcation of its form is consistent.
