| Shanshu2001 and Nongchengjiaoerhao were used as the materials to study Changes of some Physiological indexes under water stress in high complete hyocaust. The results indicated that with drought stress prick up, the height; the divarication; the area of leaf; the output; the chlorophyll content always decreased; the free proline and MDA content always increased; the protective enzyme (SOD,POD,CAT)activities increased at first and then decreased. Nongchengjiaoerhao kept great relative height, the divarication, the area of leaf, the output,chlorophyll content, free proline content and protective enzyme (SOD,POD,CAT) activities, and kept little relative MDA content, however, Shanshu2001 was opposite. It indicated that Nongchengjiaoerhao had the greater ability to resist drought stress while Shanliu2001 had the less ability to do it. The variance analysis indicated:to relative MDA content,protective enzyme (SOD,POD,CAT) activities,the chlorophyll content,free proline content under water stress, difference and prominence have association with days and varieties amony stress. The farther study indicated that:Two varieties of growth indexes (great relative height, the divarication, the area of leaf) were not too varied in the absence of treatment. It was significant level between the comparison and stress under water stress. Two varieties of physiological and biochemical indexes (chlorophyll content, free proline content and protective enzyme (SOD,POD,CAT) activities) were not too varied in the absence of treatment. When under stress 6 days later, for MDA Shanshu2001 was very significant level amony stress, but Nongchengjiaoerhao, only moderate and severe was not significant; The SOD was a significant difference between mild stress and severe stress. for Shanshu2001 POD was not significant amony stress, but for Nongchengjiaoerhao PODwas more significant, two varieties of CAT activity was a significant different level; the content of chlorophyll was more significant than comparison; the content of Pro was the same as chlorophyll, but it was not between moderate stress and severe stress. When under stress 12 days later, for MDA two varieties did not achieve significant difference amony stress; for SOD, CAT severe stress value is maximum, and significant. POD activities were not significant between moderate and severe stress for Shanshu2001. the same as Nongchengjiaoerhao between mild and moderate stress; it was significantly lower than comparison for chlorophyll content and extremely notable; the content of Pro content increased dramatically. especially under severe water stress, the content of Pro content increased more significantly, they were very significant difference between mild stress and severe stress. 18 days later, the more serious the stress, the greater the content of MDA; two varieties of SOD, CAT activity was significant difference between mild and severe stress, however, mild and moderate was not significant, two varieties of POD activities were significant difference between mild and severe stress. but for Shanshu2001. it was not significant between stress and moderate stress; chlorophyll did not significantly amony stress for Shanshu2001; the content of Pro content increased dramatically, two varieties were significant. When under stress 6 days later, the content of MDA increases to the maximum value. they were very significant level for Shanshu2001. while the variety of Nongchengjiaoerhao. it was only significant level between mild and moderate treatment; SOD. POD activities continued to decline but not less than comparison, for POD activities. Nongchengjiaoerhao and Shanshu2001 had the same amplitude. CAT activity continued to decrease, basically to below the comparison; The content of chlorophyll drop lower for Nongchengjiaoerhao; The content of Pro content reached the maximum, the difference was more obviously for Nongchengjiaoerhao. The synthetical value of different varieties for fighting a drought. Analytic Hierarchy Process ensure the weight of Pro index,protective enzyme were,MDA,output chlorophyll,the area of leaf, height,divaricating and so on. Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation indicate:Nongchengjiaoerhao is more than Shanshu2001 for fighting a drought. |
