Wenling-gaocheng Tangelo(Citrus hybrid) was selected as the research materials in this study,and analyzing fruit quality of other tangerines such as Amanatsu(Citrus natsudaidai Hayata,Miyauchi Iyo(Citrus iyo Hort.ex Tanaka) and Changshanhuyou (Citrus paradise Macf.cv.Changshanhuyou) were compared.Fruit quality dynamic changes of Wenling-gaocheng Tangelo and the effect on fruit quality of bagging and greenhouse cultivation were researched.The experimental results show that:1.Compared with Amanatsu,Miyauchi Iyo and Changshanhuyou,Wenling-gaocheng Tangelo mostly has a rough surface but wonderful color and the highest content of TSS, total sugar,reducing sugar and organic acid.The content of total flavonoids is 1513mg/kg. In addition,Wenling-gaocheng Tangelo has better composite indicator.2.The dynamic changes of the growth of Wenling-gaocheng Tangelo showed that its development appeared two peaks,the growth curve was double 'S',the content of TSS and sugar was on the rise at early days of growth,while the growth of reducing sugar was more slowly during the whole stage.The sucrose of mellow fruit was mainly accumulated during fruit development and the content of sucrose was up to 50%of total sugar while the content of reducing sugar was only 45%.3.The effects of bagging and protective culture to fruit surface showed that the brightness of bagging fruit is better than that of natural farming.On the contrary,the content of carotene was reduced so that the color of it was worse than that of natural farming.The content of carotene increased and the exterior quality was improved obviously by protective culture.4.The effect on organic acid and Vitamin C of bagging treatment of Wenling-gaocheng Tangelo has significant influence.Significant difference was found between the fruit of four kinds of bagging and CK.The content of organic acid and Vitamin C reduced by bagging with yellow outside and black inside comparing with CK.Between treatments with the effects of organic acids also have significant differences.The content of organic acid with the double thickness was higher than that of single thickness.The longer we delay with bagging of double thickness,the lower organic acid content.5.Compared with the quality inside of greenhouse cultivation,the content of total sugar of fruit had significant difference between greenhouse cultivation and CK.The content of Vitamin C reduced in the different level by greenhouse cultivation compared with CK. There was significant influence on the content of organic acid with single thickness and no-thickness in Greenhouse cultivation.
