| This paper relayed the cultivar of bashu10 to experiment,via the trail,studied the effects of nitrogen management on nutritive peculiarity,yield and quality of potato, further analyzed the relations of nutrient content in each organ for preference,and analyzed the relations of content of N,P,K in different organ's with the yield and quality,the result shows that:1.The growth and dry matter accumulation of patato were inflenced by nitrogen management of nitrogen level and top dressing ratio.The nitrogen level impacted the growing stages significantly,while the ratio of top dressing had little effect,with the increasing of nitrogen level,the growing stages of potato showed a delayed trend.The impact of nitrogen level on dry matter accumulation was significant,but the impact of top dressing ratio varied at different organs and different growing stages.For root,stem and tuber,the dry matter accumulation were affected by top dressing ratio significantly at the period of tuber bulking.On the other side,different nitrogen treatments also affected dry matter distribution ratio in various organs.2.The content of nitrogen and phosphonium in whole growing period,and the content of potassium in bulking period of tuber are signiflcan influenced by nitrogen level,the content of nitrogen and phosphonium in whole growing period,and the content of potassium in initiation period of tuber are not significan influenced by top dressing,the content of phosphonium and potassium in initiation period of tuber,the content of nitrogen and phosphonium in bulking period,and content of nitrogen in maturing stage are signiflcan influenced by their interaction.There have some difference content of nitrogen,phosphonium and potassium in different organs and whole plant in different treatments with different stages of growing.3.At the same ratio,SPAD is increased by the increasing nitrogen level,while,at the same nitrogen level,its value as the increasing ratio to increase first,and then be down. LAI is increased by the increasing nitrogen level and top dressing ratio in prosperity growthing stage.LAR is increased by the increasing nitrogen level in high ratio of top dressing ratio at tuber initiation stage.The photosynthesis characteristic parameter of LCP,LSP,Φ,Pmax,etc.were different by different treatments.All the treatments were getting peak value in 11:00 about its Pn's diurnal variation. 4.Result indicated that potato yield,good level and profit all showed a quadr-function relation that first increasing then geting down followed the increasing of nitrogen application level and top dressing ratio,between the nitrogen level from 67.8 to 160.7 kg/hm~2,top dressing ratio from 37.9%to 53.8%,the potato can harvest the yield more than 22500 kg/hm~2,and between the nitrogen level from 59.0 to 147.4 kg/hm~2,top dressing ratio from 36.3%to 53.3%,the potato can get profit more than 12000yuan/hm~2.5.It is shown that nitrogen level and top dressing proption have a quadr-function relation with the content of amylase,amylopectin,starch,reducing sugar,nonreducing sugar and dissolubility sugar.Nitrogen application reasonable can improve the content of starch of tuber.In this trement scope,the reducing sugar,nonreducing sugar and dissolubility sugar were increased by the increasing level of nitrogen.6.The correlation and partial correlation analysis were showed that,there have a significant or high significant's positive correlation between the nitrogen content of tuber with stem,and with the potassium content of tuber,between the nitrogen content of root with stem,and with the potassium content of tuber,between the nitrogen content of stem with leaf,and between the nitrogen content of leaf with potassium content of stem. However,there have a significant or high significant's negative correlation between the nitrogen content of tuber with other organs' phosphonium content.Except the content of phosphonium in each organ with the content of amylase,and the content of nitrogen in eatch organ with the content of reducing sugar,there had a significant linear regression in each organ's nutrient content with the content of amylase,amylopectin,starch,reducing sugar,nonreducing sugar and dissolubility sugar in all sampling period. |
