| The Ricinus communis. L. which was selected insecticidal active plant by the Pesticide Laboratory of the Institute of Plant Protection, Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The results showed that the highest productive rates of different parts of different polar solvents extracted by R. communis. L. were followed by extacts of seeds of methyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, ethanol, and the productive rates were 36.54%, 33.48% and 27.22%; and the productive rate of flowers by sherwood oil was 1.94%.The results of biological assay showed that there were evident contact effects of flowers extracted by ethanol to R. communis.L., as well as to Pieris rapae L., Helicoverpa armigera Hubner, Mamestra brassicae L., Macrosiphum avenae Fabricius, and Tetranychus urticae Boiduval, and the death rates were 80.00% , 83.33%, 73.33%, 31.37% and 34.58%.It was not only obvious for the contact effects of extracts of seeds of sherwood oil to Mythimna separate Walker but also to Aphis gossypii Glover, Myzus persicae Sulzer, T. urticae Boiduval, M. brassicae L., H. armigera Hubner, P. rapae L., and M. avenae Fabricius, and the death rates were 97.40%, 98.74%, 86.81%, 73.33%, 66.67%, 50.00% and 46.41%.In the tests of the contact effects to eggs of M. separate Walker, the death rates of seeds extracted by methyl alcohol, ethyl acetate and sherwood oil were extremely high- 100%. The death rates to pupae of M. separate Walker of the extracts of flowers of ethanol and the extracts of seeds of sherwood oil were 7.70% and 11.54%, and the antifeeding rates of both were 88.76% and 89.26%, but there was no fumigation effect, even the systemic effects to M. spersicae Sulzer were little powerful..In the tests of the antifeedant effects of different polar solvents extracts to M. separate Walker, the antifeeding rates followed by the extracts of seeds of ethyl acetate(96.21%), seeds of methyl alcohol(91.2%), seeds of sherwood oil(68.3%), flowers of ethanol(53.83%), and flowers of ethyl acetate(41.4%). In the tests of inhibition of development, the inhibiting rates followed by the extracts of seeds of ethyl acetate(35.64%), flowers of sherwood oil(26.39%). In the tests of stomach poisoning effects, the inhibiting rates followed by the extracts of seeds of ethyl acetate(61.98%), seeds of methyl alcohol(46.43%), flowers of ethyl acetate(38.09%), and flowers of sherwood oil(26.39%).The fraction of sherwood oil from extracts of ethanol of flowers had moderate contact effects to M. separate Walker, the death rate was 47.29%, and researched the fraction react on the activity of Na~+-K~+-ATPase, Digestive Ferment, Carboxylesterase and Glutathione Reductase of M. separate Walker... |
