This experiment taked 22 hot pepper strains,6 hybrid varieties as the material,the investigation has surveyed the fruit length,the fruit width,VC,the sugar,the capsaicin content and so on 14 physiological biochemistry characteristics.We have carried on the analysis to its main quality character heredity parameter as well as the heterosis,and the hot pepper physiology biochemistry characteristic,the agronomic characters as well as the crossbreeding relevance;Using the POD isozyme and the RAPD technology separately to 13 hot pepper materials,carried on the relationship relations the appraisal; Obtained the following result:1.Chromatography factors of Determination of capsicin by high performance liquid chromatography:The mobile phase was V(CH30H):V(H20)=70:30 with a flow rate of 0.8ml/min,UVdetector set at 280nm,columniation temperature 25℃.In which L2-7 (22)is highest as 13.01mg/100g;118#(9),H26(13),L6xL8(26) the content of capsaicin is low,in which(26) the content is low taked L6xL8 as 0.361mg/100g.In the hybrid combination the L6x qianhui thousand benefits,the L10-9xL2-7 capsaicin comparative content is high,respectively is 6.44mg/100g,4.54mg/100g,but its parent capsaicin comparative content is lower than hybridizes,occupied the hybrid combination 33%; Opposite capsaicin content higher parent of capsaicin comparative content(L6,L8) not to be higher than its,occupied the hybrid combination 67%.2.Heterosis breeding available in hot pepper precocious yielding,may very easily obtain the fruit length,fruit width is superiority to F1 generation than the parents mean value.The content performance of the X13(the VC content),X14(sugar content),X15 (capsaicin content) is certain negative superiority,the average ultra superiority respectively is-5.10%,-0.40%,-11.44%,it showed that the heterosis breeding to enhances the fruit the quality is certain difficulty.Moreover X13(the VC content),X14 (sugar content),X15(capsaicin content)performanced or does not have the dominance for the negative dominance,this explained in the quality character selective breeding using the degree of dominance to enhance the hot pepper is not suitably to the quality. 3.Hot pepper's heteroses is extremely common and obvious,66.7%combination performanced to the heterosis,33.3%combination performanced negative heterosis. The most of the combination performanced the superdominance and the partial dominance,only the minority combination performanced for not to have the dominance.4.POD isozyme forecast heterosis,has certain reference;The RAPD appraisal blood relationship relations,may see from the tree chart,0.892 lasts in the coefficient may divide into 7 kinds,basic and the field character tallies(L14,pod pepper L(L2-7), pod pepper -2(L10-9),L1x L2-7,L2-7xL14 belongs to pod pepper basically,wild mountain pepper-2(L6),all colors pepper(L8) belongs to color pepper,the Mexican pepper belongs to soaks pepper).
