This experiment to Trepan in the Xinjiang region in recent years collected eight Seedless grapes mutant strains, as well as the three known varieties of Seedless mutant (big-berry Thompson seedless;long-berry Thompson Seedless;long-bunch Thompson Seedless;) as test material. Though, studied botanical characteristics and RAPD market of Thompson Seedless bud variation. Is carries on the morphology observation to 11 bud variation to understand its variation the situation. Understands its gene variation and the heredity diversity using the RAPD analysis. Provides certain theory basis to the seedless variety selective breeding. The main findings are as follows:1. Mainly manifests through the botany character observation discovery Thompson seedless grape bud mutation in the fruit shape, but in the fruit degree of uniformity, in the soluble solid content does not have changes, belongs to quantity shape variation.2. Had discovered a 4 time of body bud mutation, its main shape and the known big-berry Thompson seedless have the similarity in vain.3. Using the RAPD mark, discovered a bud mutation between does not have the difference mutually with six bud mutations, the W3bud mutations (4 time of bodies) long-bunch Thompson Seedless have certain difference in vain with the big grain. The W7 bud mutation are is away from near with the long ear of bud mutation department's inheritance.The big-berry Thompson seedless and ordinary Thompson Seedless in vain does not have the difference in the molecular mark, indicated the big grain non-nuclear has had chromosome time of change in vain, but which has not changed in the genotype. By using 470 random 10-mer primers, RAPD polymorphism were detected in 30 samples. The polymorphism information could be provided with 3 random primers.4. Using RAPD anlysis Thompson seedless bud variation is possible...
