| Using active dry yeast for feed, the effect study of weaned pigs has been done on growth performance, immunization, feed digestibility and micro-organism in digestive tract. It can provide the scientific basis on the use and suitable amount for active dry yeast in weaned pigs. So the next two experiments might be carried on.Experiment One. Choosing 200 weaned pigs of hybrid health Duchangda (ha If male pigs and half female pigs) which divided 5 groups at random whose weight nearly the same (6.83±0.65kg), those pigs will be fed the daily feed with the yeast level of 0,0.5×10~7,1×10~7,2×10~7 and 4×10~7CFU/g in the experiment which lasts 4 weeks. This article will discuss the effect on weaned pigs for production performance, diarrhea frequency and organism immunization through different adding level. The results as followed:1. The effect of active dry yeast for feed on growth performance and diarrhea frequency of weaned pigs. Different adding yeast level showed no significant effect (P>0.10) on the rate of feed and meat of weaned pigs. Although it showed no significant effect(P>0.05) on diarrhea frequency, but showing a decline when the rise of adding level(P<0.10).2. The effect of active dry yeast for feed on daily intake and daily gaining in weight of weaned pigs. The diversity between test groups is significant(P<0.01).A rise in adding level will show significant rise of the daily intake and daily gaining in weight of weaned pigs. But it showed downward trend with curve of second degree when adding level reached to the level of 4×10~7CFU/g.3. The effect of active dry yeast for feed on immunization of weaned pigs. Different adding yeast level showed no significant effect(P>0.10) on the serum level of IL-2 and INF-Y of weaned pigs. Though it also shows no significant effect(P>0.05) on the serum level of IgG, IL-4 and IL-10, but a rise in adding level will rise the level of serum(P<0.10).Experiment Two. Based on experiment one, the experiment will choose the yeast feed of adding level of 2×10~7CFU/g. In order to provide the scientific basis, the research will also make a further discussion on the effect for growth performance, feed digestibility, and micro-organism in digestive tract. Choosing 36 weaned pigs of 28 days of hybrid health Duchangda (half male pigs and half female pigs) which divided 2 groups at random whose weight nearly the same (7.22±0.83kg), pigs will be fed the daily feed with the yeast level of 0,2×10~7 CFU/g in the test which lasted 4 weeks. The result as followed:1. The effect of active dry yeast for feed on production performance of weaned pigs. The feed by adding yeast showed significant effect(P<0.01) on the average intake and average daily gaining in weight of weaned pigs of 0-4 weeks. But it showed no significant effect(P>0.10) for the rate of feed and weight of weaned pigs.2. The effect of active dry yeast on apparent digestibility of weaned pigs. The feed by adding yeast greatly improved the yeast count in duodenum, jejunum, ileum, appendix and colon(P<0.05). But it also showed no significant effect for count of Escherichia coli, Bacillus bifidus and Bacillus acidi lactici (P>0.05).3. The effect of active dry yeast on apparent digestibility of weaned pigs. The feed by adding yeast also showed no significant effect for the apparent digestibility of crude protein, crude fiber, total phosphorus and ash in feed(P>0.05)oConclusion:1. The production performance of weaned pigs can be improved by adding active dry yeast for feed. With the rise of adding level, the daily intake and daily gaining in weight of weaned pigs will greatly increase .The effect which improved production performance will reach the top when adding to the level of 2.0×10~7CFU/g.2. The immunization of weaned pigs will increase by adding active dry yeast for feed.3. Adding active dry yeast in daily feed can also improve the yeast count of digestive tract. But it showed no effect for Escherichia coli count, Bacillus bifidus count, Bacillus acidi lactici count and apparent digestibility in digestive tract. |
