The inbred lines of Lancaster system which represent with Mo 17 have high and steady yied,high combining ability,better quality,wide adapt ability and numorous genetic abisis,and have numerous applicated potential on breeding in our nation.The trial analysised the heterosic and combining ability and studied the gemetic trail of inbred lines of Lancaster system.The inbred lines used in the trial are from Lancaster system,Lvdahonggu system,Tangsipingtou system,Reid yellow dent system.The trail use 2 sets of augmented NCⅡdesign,and studied the heterotic and genetic trail of ear weight,grain weight,plant height,ear height etc.The follow were the results of my study:1,The result of two sets of incomplete diallel cross experiment showed that the the kernel weight per plant namely ear kernel weight was the highest in yield characters,186.2%&117.7%.Bald length was the highest in heterosis of agronomy characters,and the value of the experiments were 252.7%,265.3%.Grain index was the lowest in heterosis of all characters,the value of experiments were 5.1%,2.0%.2,In aspect of heterotic pattern,basic on the results of heterosis of 2 incomplete diallel cross, we regard Lancaster×Ludahonggu,Lancaster×Tangsipingtou,Lancaster group×Reid as 3 heterotic patterns,and had high hetertic.Lancaster improved by using tropical blood crosse with Lvdahonggu had high hetertic.Lancaster improved by using Reid blood crosse with Tangsipingtou had high hetertic.3,The value of GCA of 2 group of trial showed that:In aspect of grain weight per ear,J1285 and Ji1037 had higher value of GCA,and others all had higher than Mo 17,so we can say that these improved inbred lines were better,and can be applicated for maize breeding.Basis on value of TCA,there are high yied crosses J1285×Ji853,J1285×9206,JilO37×Ji853,Jil037×C8605-2 which matched with J1285 and Ji1037.4,In aspect of ANOVA of combining ability,plant height and ear height were effected by sumgene,and cob width,branch number,grain number per row,ear weight,ear grain weight,100-kernel weight,cob width,kernel length were effected by non-sumgene.But ear length,bald length,ear wide,ear rows,cob weight,grain index were effected by sumgene and non-sumgene together.5,In aspect of heritability,the result of the incomplete diallel cross trial showed that the most wide heritabilits of traits were over 50%,in group 1 the narrow heritabilits of plant height was over 50%,nearly 60%,ear height,in group 2 the narrow heritabilits of ear height was over 50%,nearly 60%,Which indicated that it was feasible on selection in the earlier generations. Nerrow heritabilits of gain number per row,ear grain weight,100-grain weight,kernel length were below 20%,which indicat that it was not feasible on selection in the earlier generations,so we should select them in late generations.6,The results of the augmented NCⅡdesign experiment showed:The heredity of ear grain weight,ear length,ear width,ear row number did not conform to additive-dominance,the epistatic genetic effects had inexistence.The dominance genetic model was important for grain number per row.The ear length,ear rows were mainly controlled by additive effects.Grain weight,ear width,100-grain weight,kernel length were controlled by additive-epistatic effects.
