In this study ,analyses of Yield combining ability, SSR molecular markers was made to study This experiment was made with 198 combinations which come from Different strains in the basic S1 66 plants of 39007 and 39002 groups and three types of tests in incomplete diallel cross experiments. The incomplete diallel crosses was used to study the agronomic traits,heterotic groups and combing ability.the main results were summarized as follows:1. Variance was significant in all the observed traits in 198 hybrid combinations. There are 5 hybrid combinations with superiority over CK 10% in yield.2. in Analysis of variance (F value) for combining ability of different traits, Variance of GCA and variance of SCA was significant in all the observed traits excepts for ear height and kernel depth.3. The results of 66 individuals GCA showed that number of GCA effect significant at 0.05 or 0.01 was different in different traits,the number was much except 100-kemel weight.and the GCA of 39002 S1 were better than 39007 S1 ineconomic traits, comparsions the number of strains in which 3 individuls GCA effect were significant at 0.05 or 0.01 . In economic traits the number was much more than in agronomic traits.4. The results of 22 strains GCA showed that in most of the traits there was much variations among different strains in the yield. And The numbers of positive significant 39002S1GCA was more than 39007S1, The 331 of 39002S1 and 485 of 39007S1 showed that had the higher breeding potential because of high yield GCA effect and most positive economic traits GCA effect5. The results of 198 crosses SCA showed that there were different hybrid numbers of SCA effect significant at 0.05 or 0.01 level in different traits. In the same traits there were different hybrid numbers in different S1 of populations. Comparsion the 17 hybrids which were superiority over CK 10%.The individuals from the strains 331 had more possibility to obtain high field hybrids crossed with ES40, The individuals from the strains 485 had more possibility to obtain high field hybrids crossed with R08.6. The genetic diversity of the 66 individuals were evaluated with 40 SSR primers,The results showed that number of polymorphic locus ,proportionb of polymorphic locus,genes heterozygosity parameters of material and gene heterozygote in 39002 S1 groups over 39007 S1 groups, 39002 S1 groups have more genetic diversity than 39007 S1 groups.and part of strain in 39002 S1 groups have the same genetic background with 39002 S1 groups.7. The 66 individual were classified into four groups.Inâ… -1, 269 strain of 39002 S1 and 501 strain of 39007S1 was together, inâ…¡-2,331 strain of 39002 S1 and 485 strain and 499 strain of 39007S1 was together.inâ…¢-1, 305 strain,315 strain,317 strain of 39002 S1 and 497 strain and 499 strain of 39007S1 was together.the results showed that part of 39002 S1 and 39007S1 had the same genetic background.
