| Myricaria germanica(L.) Desv,a well-known Tibetan medicine in folk,belongs to the genus Myricaria in family labiatae,which is a part of the dry ground for the perennial shrubs, mainly distributed in northwest region of China,especially in resource-rich areas in Qinghai province.The plant has been widely documented in a number of authoritative books of Tibetan medicine which has a long medicinal history.Local people use fresh branches and leaves to cure various disorders such as inflammatory diseases and hypertony.Myricaria germanica(L.) Desv as a traditional medicine,but its basic constituents and pharmacological effects is not clear.In recent years,the chemical composition of Myricaria germanica(L.) Desv have reported,however,the system study on Myricaria germanica(L.) Desv active intergradient and pharmacology for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis wasn't reported in china.Therefore,in this thesis,the chemical constituents and bioactivities fraction of Myricaria germanica(L.) Desv were reported,which provide a scientific basis for its in-depth study and utilization of developing Myricaria germanica(L.) Desv.The systematic preliminary tests have been done by the methods of the tube-test.It was found that it contains flavonoids,steroids,phenols,polysaccharide,tannin,lactone,terpenoid,amino acids,peptides,protein,volatile oil;probably contains alkaloids and anthraquinones.We carry out a systematic research on the chemical constituts of the Myricaria germanica(L.) Desv by using various methods,including traditional silica gel column chromatography(CC),preparative thin layer chromatography(PTLC) and recrystallization.Six compounds were isolated from the Myricaria germanica(L.) Desv and six compounds were elucidated on the basis of physics and chemistry methods,spectral analysis,mass spectrum and the comparison with the known samples.Six compounds are identified as:β-sitostero-3-O-glucoside,rutin,luteolin,β-sitosterol, Ursolic acid,3-hydroxy-heptacosanol.Four compounds were isolated from Myricaria germanica(L.) Desv for the first time.Second,the use of animal models.It the first time preliminary screening the bioactivities fraction of pharmacological effects for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,in this paper,by using the different plant parts,retrieval and extraction of Myricaria germanica(L.)Desv,and which further confirmed and clarified pharmacological effects of active fraction in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,that is branches and leaves water extract of low-dose group,acetone extraction of low-dose group,ethyl acetate extraction of high-dose group.which deliver the study and reseach of Myricaria germanica(L.) Desv used for RA medicine with important references.In a word,this research will have inspiring prospects and significant application. |
