In order to widen the liquefaction application fields and improve the utilization of agro-processing waste materials, this thesis made soybean dregs as raw materials, studied the influencing factors of liquefaction process under sulfuric acid catalyst,at the same time, using orthogonal test method, optimized the process conditions, on this basis, continue to using the orthogonal test method to study the optimal process conditions of the soybean dregs liquefaction resin and the optimal hot process conditions of soybean dregs liquefaction product resin adhesive. By means of FT-IR with a preliminary analysis of soybean dregs liquefaction and the resin based it and the molding material degradation of the resin were studied.The main conclusions were as follows:1) Under sulfuric acid catalyst, soybean dregs could be well liquefied in phenol. Soybean dregs liquefaction selective preference process was as follows: reaction temperature 150℃, the amount of catalyst 10%, liquefied time 1.5h, the ratio of phenol with soybean dregs by weight (liquid ratio) 4.2) In the resinfication process, ultimately determine the optimal conditions for the resinprocess were: mrF/P = 1.8, mrNaOH/P = 0.5, resin temperature 72.5℃and resin time 3.0 h.3) On the study of hot-pressing process,ultimately determine the optimal process parameters for hot pressing: pressing temperature 160℃, pressing pressure 1.2 MPa, pressing time 5 min, the volume of coating 240 g/m2.4) Infrared analysis showed that the reaction of phenol liquefaction soybean dregs and soybean dregs happen obvious component phenol reaction, FT-IR spectra with the phenolic resin similar to the absorption peak with the PF appears essentially the same location. Liquefied material soybean dregs resin functional group has a higher activity, probably because soybean residue are phenol liquefaction product contains more active substances such as cellulose and lignin degradation products, phenol formaldehyde reaction liquefaction product prepared with soybean residue liquefaction higher activity of complex resin.5) The degradation property performance of the molding material by soybean dregs liquefied in phenol resin material showed that, the biodegradable of soybean dregs liquefied in phenol resin molded material was better than the phenolic resinmolded material.
