Because of the depletion of oil and natural gas resources and the increasing pressure comes from environmental pollution, how to efficiently using biomass resources become one of the most important thing all over the world in recent years. Liquefaction of biomass, as a mature method of using biomass has been widely used and concerned by scholars at home and abroad. In this paper, single-factor test and orthogonal test has taken to study the process of liquefied Tetraploid Robinia, the process of the Tetraploid Robinia-based process liquefied resin. And using XRD, FTIR and SEM to investigate the stricture characterization of Tetraploid Robinia wood powder, liquefied reside, liquefied Tetraploid Robinia and liquefied resin. The conclusions are as follows:(1) After the single factor test and orthogonal test, the optimal craft of Tetraploid Robinia liquefaction in phenol under the catalyzing of sulfuric acid has been determined as follows:the phenol and Tetraploid Robinia mass ratio ss 5.0, catalyst amount 8%, liquefaction temperature 160℃, liquefaction time 2h. The rate of four factors impacted on the residual is in this order:liquid ratio> liquefaction time> catalyst amount> liquefaction temperature.(2) According to single factor and orthogonal tests, the optimal conditions for the resin have determined as follows:the resin temperature 80℃, sodium hydroxide and liquid molar ratio of 0.5, formaldehyde and liquefied molar ratio of 2.0, the resin time 2h.(3) Analysis by XRD instrument, while the temperature, time, amount of catalyst and the liquid ratio become higher, the crystallinity of liquefied Robinia residue increased firstly and then decreased; Analysis by FTIR equipment, functional groups in the residue have changed and there are much more active aromatic derivatives after liquefaction, the overall activity also increases; Analysis by SEM equipment, the cell reactions during the process of Robinia liquefaction and resin can be recognized.
