With the development of production, much higher requirement of dryness technology and equipment is required. So the dryness character and method, controlling of fit dryness condition, and dryness of edible are the main factors that faced. Because of China's restrictions on the level of rural productivity and peasants' income, the higher consume and complex equipment could not be accepted by most peasants. As the demand of agriculture Technology Company in Benxi, also combination of local conditions, development of the sets of Two-cycle energy-saving control system for drying schisandrin can effectively solve the above problems, it has a practical signification.The input of the system is the temperature and humidity of the dry cabinet while the controlling objects are regulating temperature and hydrofuge (electric actuator and exhaust fan) in. dry cabinet. PID method is used to adjust the temperature and humidity of the system in the controlling system, which could get the requirement of drying process in different drying phase and advance the drying quality and save resource. Double circulation design is used in the main system; the advantage of it is improving the usage of hot wind and making the temperature more equality of the drying cabinet. The system consists of LTM-8663 Dual-CPU-based Strong long-range control modul,LTM-8871 Temperature Sensor,LTM-8520 RS232/485 Isolated Converter,JSA12M Analog control electric actuator,exhaust fan,IPC, etc. The host computer controlling Schisandra in different phase is based on the software which developed by C++. The function of the system contains: collecting information, data display, keyboard controlling, data counting, hydrofuge device controlling, regulating temperature controlling, automation or manual controlling, etc. After all, it is a high degree of automation, energy saving and environmental protection, drying capacity, computer-controlled high-performance drying system.
