Angelica dahurica Benth resource are abundance and widly distributed,However,due to toxic, long-term follow Angelica dahurica Benth is a waste of state resources,to make a lot of resources to take advantage of Angelica dahurica Benth.Aim to study the bioactivity against the main Lepidoptera pest Malacosoma neustria testacea Motsch,and take the Angelica dahurica Benth. material,this thesis has carried on the bioassay test on Malacosoma neustria testacea Motsch using each extraction layer of the crude extract(the aether,Chloroform,Ethyl acetate,Nbutanol and water)Angelica dahurica Benth..We also studied purification and identification of the insecticidal active ingredients,Eco-safety Test and extraction methods including method of Soxhletextraction (S),Utrasonic-extraction methods(U),method of dipping powered Angelica dahurica Benth.in alcohol at room temperature(R),method of dipping powered Angelica dahurica Benth.in alcohol at relative high temperature(H),method of R and S(first,dipping powered Angelica dahurica Benth.in alcohol at room temperature to get some extracts,then extracting remainder with Soxhlet extraction apparatus to obtain more extracts,R-S)and selection of infulencing factors.The results showed as follows:The toxicity test indicated that crude extracts of Angelica dahurica Benth.with the method of S,the method of U,the method of R,the method of R-S,the method of H,and the best method is U.Research on indicated that the crude extracts of were respectively extracted with Ethyl acetate,the aether,Chloroform,Nbutanol and water and we carried on the biological activty mensuration to each extraction.The insecticidal rate of the 5 times diluents of Ethyl acetate-extract was the best and the emendation mortality was 79.76%;the second was the once diluent of aether-extract;the emendation mortality the test insects were low when Chloroform extract and Nbutanol extract and water extract were adopted.LC50 of Malacosoma neustria testacea Motsch was 421.2μg/ml,the relative coeffcient r was 0.9819,the relativity was very well.By methods of Sephadex isolation and Uv Spectrophotometry,then used the LC/MS/MS analyer to mensurate.The result show that obtain 5 compositions from the Ethyl acetate-extract,and they were all insecticidal effect.Composition A was the best of 5 compositions.we speculate on insecticidal active constituent in the composition A.With the LC/MS/MS analyzer,the mensuration result showed that the active constituents of Angelica dahurica Benth.mainlyByakangelicin, xanthotoxol,bergapten,Oxypeuced aninhydrate,columbianetin,col -umbianadin,10-heptyl-10-octyleicosane-Eicosane.The secuiruty assessment of insecticidal active substance of Angelica dahurica Benth.were studied,the reslut show that LD50 of the crude extract of Angelica dahurica Benth.was 963.829 mg/kg,95%credible limit was 1003~924.7mg/kg,the crude extractive and composition A had low- toxic and ecological security.The effective factor on the method of U were studied and indicated that the best extraction effeciency was Angelica dahurica Benth.power dipped in 9 times the ethanol of 90%and 2 times extract and every time of 30 min.
