The active components in green peel of Jugans mandshurica are extracted by 95% alcohol, and the extractives are separated by petroleum ether, chloroform and acetic ether in turn. Insecticidal activities, antifungal activities and allellopathy of the extracts were studies by determination methods of bioactivity. Stability of the 95% alcohol extract from green peel of Jugans mandshurica are studied according to the flavonoid and juglone amount by UV-VIS. Chemical components, chemical structures and relative contents of chloroform and acetic ether extracts were analyzed by GS-MS. The study results were showed blow.Insecticidal activities testing results showed that all of the parts extracted from the green peel of Jugans mandshurica had strongly insecticidal activities. The alcohol extracts had insecticidal activities on Lymantria dispar L.. and Mamestra brassicae L.. The insecticidal activities of alcohol was the best compairing to the other parts of the extracts. The insecticidal activities of chloroform extracts showed more efficient than both petroleum ether parts and the acetic ether of the extracts.Antifungal activities were explored by filter paper piece. The results indicated that chloroform and acetic ether extracts had antifungal activities on Alternaria alternate Fr., Sphaeropsis sapinea Fr. and Cytospora chrysosperma Fr. 95% alcohol extracts had not inhibition .to the 3 experimentical cultures. The lowest antifungal concentration was confirmed too.The allelopathic effects of petroleum ether, chloroform and acetic ether extracts from green peel of Jugans mandshurica on three plant acceptors, soja, alfalfa and cabbage were explored by germination rate and allelopathy index. The allelopathic effects were remarkable. The results indicated that allelopathy index has two power function relation with concentration. Each extracts has stronger inhibition to the cabbage. Bioassay study results provide academic basements for active components diatilled and agriculturical application.Alcohol extracts from in green peel of Jugans mandshurica stability was studided according to juglone and total flavonoids degradation percentage. Results showed that the stability of the extracts was reduced with temperature gone up and sunshine. Stability of the extracts was fine at 4 to 8 pH valve. The decompositions of the extracts were first order reaction with temperature gone up and pH value changed. Stability study provide academic basements for conservation of alcohol extracts from in green peel of Jugans mandshurica. The results of chemical test showed that there are hydroxybenzenes and tannin, naphthoquinones, flavones, lactones, cumarines in chloroform parts. The analysis of GC-MS affirm 15 compounds in the chloroform extracts. The most amount component was Juglone (5- hydroxy-1,4-naphthaoquinone), and the relative weight content was 27.11%. The analysis of GC-MS affirm 24 compounds in the acetic ether parts of the extracts. The most amount component was Juglone (5-hydroxy-1,4-naphthaoquinone), and the relative weight content was 31.2%. The analysis of chemical components may provide proofs for the separation and purification of activities components.
