Vitis vinifera L. is one of the three grape subgenus and it is a primary cultivar to every country in the world, therefore the research about Vitis vinifera L. is more than the studies about the other categories. Simultaneity,it is illuminated that Vitis vinifera L is one of the most important species in grape subgenus. At present,ERF gene of Vitis vinifera L's research isn't a pop one, studies for it's promoters are very few. Plant promoter is very important in gene transcription, breed improving and enhancing ability to resist adversity. So penman consider that it is absolutely necessarily to the study in ERF gene of Vitis vinifera L.This text commence on ERF gene of Vitis vinifera L. In the first place, using ORF sequences of eight ERF gene of Vitis vinifera L,compare their amino acid,we will get a same protein tertiary structure,it is said that they belong to the same gene family, then work out their phylogenetic analysis with the software MEGA 3.1,and forecast the sequences of eight ERF gene's promoters with bioinformatics, later, analyze the cis-acting element of eight ERF gene promoters. We will know the similitude and difference in their promoter sequences which are in the same gene family. Finally,we illuminate the function of some important cis-acting element in gene transcription.Otherwise, according to the amino acid sequences of Vitis vinifera L. ERF gene,we can acquire eight AtERF gene in Arabidopsis with the method"Blastp",and make them homologous one by one, analyze number, position, function of their cis-acting element,we may find out the difference in this two species which provide the region of ERF gene promoter. Then we can forecast more function in Vitis vinifera L. ERF gene promoters from mode plant—Arabidopsis.
