The problem of energy is one of the most concerned subject in the world and becoming more and more popular, with the development of modern industry and the proliferation of the world's population, the growing energy crisis intensified. The main problem to solve the energy is to find a new energy, which can instead of fossil-fuel energy, start the research and develop the renewable energy is obligatory. Currently, the main material of ethanol fuel are corn and wheat. With the rapid development of ethanol fuel, food security problems have become increasingly prominent which caused by raw materials, and become a problem that restrict the fuel ethanol development. Distill ethanol from crops such as corn, cellulose ethanol from crop stalks, rather than food crops, are the vital aspects of the development of fuel ethanol.At present, there are many methods for the pretreatment of materials that with wood cellulose such as physical, chemical, physical chemical and biological, mechanical grinding, steam burst, microwave and ultrasound treatment, alkali processing, organic solvents and acid treatment, these methods have some disadvantage such as high cost, multi-step , complicated process and a low rate of sugar shortcomings and so on.Enzyme-aid micronization treatment was used to dispose in this experiment, combine mechanical grinding with biochemistry, that is undering the mechanical grinding which break up the cell wall of cellulose of corn stalks and green trichoderma which rich in cellulose, release cellulase, and unite cellulose adequately to increase hydrolysis rate of corn stalks.The best conditions were determined by enzyme-aid micronization treatment, as follows: substrate concentration 50g/L, dosage of cellulase 1g/L, reaction temperature 50℃, and reaction pH 4.6. Time of grinding smash-cut is 30min. Under the optimal condition above, the hydrolysis efficiency of enzyme-aid micronization treatment adds up to 43.72%.The hydrolysis rate of alkali, acid, enzyme, and micronization treatment was 49.83% in 50 hours, 26.71% in 3 hours, 7.56% in 8.5 hours, 29.01% respectively, where all reactions progressed at the best condition. It took relatively less time using acid hydrolysis. But compared with the rate of enzyme-aid micronization, these treatments are not superior. In addition, there are other ascendencies such as no other chemicals adulterated and coproducts generated during the enzyme-aid micronization treatment, so it is a novel technic for lignocellulose micronization in alcohol fermentation procedure.
