This experiment was conducted to research the high lysine transgenic paddy on broiler feed security. 200 one-day-old AA broilers were divided into 2 groups randomly. The test group fed with transgenic paddy diet, control group fed with ordinary paddy diet. Through measured the nutrient composition of the transgenic paddy, research the broilers'production performance, slaughter performance, organ development and blood biochemical parameters. Analysis transgenic paddy exogenous protein expression in vivo, aims to provide a reference for the genetically modified paddy apply to broiler's feed, and provide the scientific theoretical for the application of transgenic technology in paddy quality improvement. The test results are as follows:(1) The conventional nutrients of high-lysine content transgenic paddy and ordinary paddy have no significant differences, but the amino acids are some differences between them.(2) The test group broiler's average weight, body weight gain, and feed consumption, feed and weight ratio and other production performance are excellent than control group, this preponderance are more obvious in the late stage. The trial group broiler's abdomen fat rate reduce significantly, broiler's net rate of full-bore, pectoral rate, leg rate have no significant impact throughout the experiment phase. (3) Transgenic paddy diets on broiler intestinal organ index, immune organs index and internal organs index not have adversely affect, in the early stage, transgenic paddy have a promoting effect on immune organs, play a promote role in small intestine morpha growth.(4) The trial broiler's alkaline phosphatase reduced than control group in the early stage, blood uric acid and cholesterol content reduce in the later stage , and have no significant effect on other blood biochemical parameters.(5) Using western blotting technique could not detect the exogenous protein in vivo of broilers, transgenic protein can be completely digested by organism. Exogenous proteins was not detected in excreta, transgenic proteins will not spread in nature by way of excreta.Transgenic paddy and ordinary paddy have no "substantial equivalence" in nutrition composition. Transgenic paddy use as broilers'feedstuff has no negative effects to broiler's safety.
