It can clear free radical.and had cure function to angiocardiopathy The extraction technology of CoQ10 in soybean and soybean genetic resources rich in CoQ10 was studed in this paper. The main results were as follows:CoQ10 extracted from soybean was qualitatively analyzed by the method of HPLC-MS/MS and the extraction process of CoQ10 was optimized. Then content detection of CoQ10 from soybean genetic resources and the selection of varieties with high content CoQ10 were also researched.1. To predict the molecular qualities and functions of CoQ10, molecular simulation method was used in this study. The CoQ10 preferential conformation was built in vacuum 300K, by CoQ10 molecular simulation analysis. Through the charge population calculation, it was speculated that the CoQ10 molecular active positions were two quinonyl groups .The reductive CoQ10 could transfer H to free radical easily. It also meant that the reductive CoQ10 has clear free radical function.2. For no reports about the extraction technology of CoQ10 in soybean, correlative researches were researched in this chapter. Firstly, CoQ10 extracted from soybean was confirmed by the method of HPLC-MS/MS, and then the extraction process of CoQ10 was optimized ultrasonic methods. The results showed that the optimal conditions for CoQ10 extraction were as follows: extract solvent i-propyl alcohol, output power 400W, ultrasonic/intermission time 6s/6s and ultrasonic times 50. The results of ruggedness and recovery indicated that the optimal conditions were easy and practicable with sound ruggedness and recovery.3. Determination of the CoQ10 content of 32 soybean resources from different regions by optimal extraction process.The results showed that cultivar with the highest content was wild variety'23-333', which the CoQ10 conten was 34.03μg/g. It was 2.56 times of the average and 4.73 times of the popularized variety. The contents of varieties of'23-262'and'23-260'were lower than'23-333', and their contents were 29.87μg/g and 22.76μg/g. Cultivar'guizao 2 hao'was the highest in the soybean cultivars and its content was 23.58μg/g, which was 1.78 times of the average and 3.28 times of the popularized variety, but the popularized cultivar'fudou 310'was the lowest, 7.20μg/g. The CoQ10 content of wild species was significantly higher than the cultivars. The difference between the wild species was significantly smaller than the cultivated species. There was a significant or extremely significant difference of CoQ10 content between different soybean resources. |
