The resource of Gleditsia Japonica that range from china is rich.The yield of legumen which distributed abroad is large.Saponin is the major valuable components of this kind of plant which was identified as triterpenoid in the previous study.The legumn contains a lot of triterpenoid saponin.The seeds of this plant have sorts of nutritive materials.The aim of the study is to determine the significant nutritional contents of protein components unsaturated fatty acid and linoleic acid. based on the methods of extracting and purifying all kinds of natural crude drug, utilizing:the modern separation technique and the comprehensive evaluation of the legumn of Gleditsia Japonica.The experiment will first extract from,the mountains of acacia for most of saponin and non-saponin part.Saponins part of a purification system,through the silica gel chromatography by the total saponin pure,and the establishment of the mountain acacia saponin content of the standard system.To saponin in the crude rate of indicators,giving full consideration to equipment requirements,environmental protection,the cost of such.factors as the choice of ultrasonic extraction means. Saponins groping in the process of extracting the single factor and analysis.After single-factor test,we draw the basic cost of saponin ultrasonic cxtraction of the best.
