Natural conditions in Liangshan was predominant, it was classified as optimum area in westsouth tobacco area. But, in recent years, because of lacking of optimum manufacturing technique, tobacco planting scale and its profit were restricted.Based on detailed investigation and study of Liangshan tobacco planting, studies on fine variety filtering, optimum manufacturing technique and key manufacturing technique were produced.Fertilizer requirement, disease resistance, cured technique of Honghuadajinyuan and Yuanyan85 were maed clear. The tests showed that optimization model was Yuanyan85 +75Kg nitrogen / hm2+15150 plant / hm2 or CF209+75Kg nitrogen / hm2+15150 plant / hm2 or Honghuadajinyuan +60-75Kg nitrogen / hm2 +16665 plant / hm2. In addition,Zhongyan 103 was very suit to Liangshan natural conditions, and its tobacco leaves had harmonious chemical composition.The tests of soil drainage scheme showed that farmyard manure used microbial inoculum could advanced root development, increased flue-cured tobacco leaves production and improved the tobacco leaves quality; the green manure treatment could made insect pest more worst in some times; the straw treatment could decreased the validity of nitrogen because the soil microorganism contested nitrogen with tobacco plant roots when they degraded the steaw.The transplant time of three heights above sea level tests showed that to bring transplant time forward could advanced earlier development, promoted tobacco economic character, raised smoking quality in the elevation of 2200m; to transplant at 25th April could was optimum selection at an elevation of 2000m; to postpone transplant time to 10th may could increased the output and profit, promoted tobacco leaves smoking quality.The results of tests of planting density illustrated that tobacco leaf was bigger and the number of sheets were more when row spacing and planting distance were the biggest. The length and width of the leaf was restricted when the planting distance was small. Because there was rich in the sun, so to increase the row spacing and planting distance could promoted the output and quality. In Liangshan optimum row spacing and planting distance were 1.2m×0.5m for Honghuadajinyuan in mountainous region. And optimum row spacing and planting distance were 1.2m×0.5m or 0.55m in rice paddy.The studies on the effects of using chlorine to tobacco plant confirmed that using chlorine had fewer effect on tobacco economic character, but increased reducing sugar content, total sugar content and chlorine content, decreased nicotine content, improved smoking quality of tobacco leaves mainly in improving aroma quantity, lightening acrimony.The results will lay a strong foundation for sustainable development of Liangshan excellent quality tobacco planting.
