Exploration To The Healthy Cultivation Technology Of Feng Guang Pig Farm In Fujian

The research on the essential technology of healthy cultivation has become an important area in the field of technology, which interacts with the industrial development vigorously. Therefore it has been a focus or an active research area in the scientific and technological activity of current cultivation industry. As the investigation showed, with the rapid development of pig-keeping industry in Fujian Jianyang city, some problems such as health, security, environmental pollution etc. caused by pig-keeping were getting more and more serious gradually, which harmed the sustainable development of pig-keeping industry, therefore we are badly in need of healthy cultivation technology, which is secure, high quality, highly effective, environment-friendly, to instruct the production.In this essay, the Feng Guang Pig Farm, which is the representative of Jianyang pig-keeping industry was selected as the research topic. The on-the-spot investigation into the site selection, the location plan and the building layout, the piggery const;ruction, the piggery device, the introduction, the feed quality, personnel management, the epidemic disease prevention, surrounding control, etc. were carried out in the farm. The factors affecting the healthy cultivation of the Feng Guang Pig Farm were analyzed and improved according to the idea of healthy cultivation, the practice verification and the literature. The results showed that by separating clean and unclean passageways to avoid the cross-infection, constructing sewage pipe network to improve the air quality in the farm area, dividing the rain and waste water of the piggery to reduce the sewage discharge, constructing fertilizer-nurture shed with the fruit farmer to reduce the night soil discharge in the farm, installing the electric fans in the care shed, the childbirth shed, the pregnancy shed, and the hygrothermographs in each piggery, and formulating the rules of the temperature regulation in the piggery to increase the effect of lowering the temperature to prevents heatstroke, laying out the procedure of introduction to guarantee its security, drawing up the rules of feed and raw material, the feed additive and the mixed feed, and sampling each batch of raw material before entering the base and each batch mixed feed produced to guarantee the feed quality security, formulating the staffs working regulations and weekly schedule to improve the working efficiency, strengthening the measures of controlling and preventing the epidemic disease to increase the effect, constructing a group of methane-generating project(a total volume of 450 m3)and"three methane"comprehensive utilization facility, using the pollution-control pattern of"pig-methane-fruit (forage grass, vegetables) -farmland"to deal effectively with pollutant produced by the cultivation to promote the environmental returns, the healthy cultivation technology was developed in the Feng Guang Pig Farm. The healthy cultivation technology in this research has instructive significance on the sustainable development of Jianyang pig-keeping industry.
