| Camptotheca acuminata Decne is a special tree grows in China.Because of lacking of the object of using extract Camptothecin(CPT) of the C.acuminata Decne during the recent years, this reason becomes the main limited facter of GAP Cultivation.On the basis of previous work,according to different tissues(C.acuminata Hisun-'HI' and C.acuminata'SC') do research in difference of CPT content on phenotype and physiological level.The results showed as follows:1.The content distribution of CPT in different strains of C.acuminata organs are similar, but in different tissues,the content of CPT in HI was higher than SC.The contents of CPT in young leaves and branches are higher than ripe tissue in different strains of C.acuminata,the most highest is lateral branch content CPT is 9.51 mg/g of HI,but the distribution pattern of CPT in the different tissues of organs were different:in the tender organs and main root,the distribution was in efference way,and in the lignified branch and main stem organs,the model of distribution was afferens.In the different tissues of organs,the content of CPT in HI was almost higher than SC,especially in the semi-lignified branches and young leaves.As far as distribution of characteristics of CPT was concerned,HI was the germ plasm type suitable for multiple times in one year and consecutive years harvesting model,and the distribution of CPT distribution model in HI strains explained the effective changes of CPT chemistry defense function.2.The phenotypic data which have been determined by HI was higher than SC.In the condition of chilling injury cultivation,the eighty percents of HI have apical dominance,but SC had only twenty of apical dominance,this apical dominance indicated that HI was more adaptabe to habitat and ecological areal.Recent research demonstrated that trichomes was the main organ to CPT storage,the trichomes density on lower surface of HI was higher than SC by observation of stereoscope,this was another reason that why the content of CPT in HI was almost higher than SC.Both of two strains were higher vegetative growth(V) stages during may and november,the V value gradually decreased when season changed,the V value of HI was almost higher than SC,which shows that the stronger vegetative grows adaptabilitly. CPT was the parameters of vegetative propagation,the parameters should gradually increase as the v value decrease,but the study result of this violate life cycle forms theory,the main reasons were life cycle forms theory lied in comparing the different habitat condition,and this apper studied two different strains,the results showed that the content of difference of CPT was not caused by environment but the gene hereditary.3.CPT tissue distribution specific have some relations with light induction.For this reason,firstly,we detect the content of CPT and other antioxidant in different position and in different degree of ripe leaves.Secondly,we detect the oxidation resistance of CPT and HCPT. As a result,CPT accumulate in epidermal hair of leaves have the function of absorption ultraviolet.At the same time,the function of CPT and HCPT doping with the increasing age of the leaves,and other antioxidants and configuration adaptation have a function of ecological suitability substitution.As a result,the content of CPT dropped with the increasing age of the leaves.The secondary metabolism mechanism of difference content of CPT in HI and SC, mainly embodies,HI and SC have difference in phenotypic traits,so that they have different light interception degree.The results showed as follows,light makes different content of CPT, orders content of secondary metabolites are higher in HI,this shows the secondary metabolism in HI more active than SC,HI have more resistance,and more tender tissues.This is one of the reason of difference content of CPT in HI and SC.Accord studying to the mentions above,this text thinks that the content of the CPT of HI are higher than SC,the main mechanism is genic nature and environment ecological adaptability.HI suitable for the germ plasm type,suitable for multiple times in one year and consecutive harvesting year's mode.Because HI have large ecological amplitude,it very suitable for introduction culture and propagation plant in large area,in the end can release the large demand of CPT. |
