The Dynamic Changes Of Cultivable Soil Microorganisms In Primary Korean Pine Forest

Abstract/Summary:
Different Primary Korean Pine Forests and paantation pure forest in Yichun Liangshui Nature Reserve of Heilongjiang province were selected for researching objects,in which, Virgin korean Pine Forest containing korean spruce-korean pine forest,oak-korean pine forest and linden-korean pine forest,plantation pure forest mainly referred to birch pure forest and larch pure forest.Rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere of the above five forest types were studied using the traditional but effective methods of "dilution plate culture" and soil chemical analysis in order to clarify the soil surface layer,soil microorganisms in depths of 10cm,20cm and 30cm,distribution rules of soil nutrients in different seasons,forest type and soil profile,as well as the relativities between soil microorganisms and soil nutrients.The results showed as follows:The study selected six soil nutrient indexs such as soil organic matter,soil total N,soil total K,soil available K and soil.Except Hydrolyzable N and availbble P,rest four soil nutrient indexs of the primary korean pine forest were more high than plantation.Among five konds of forest types,soil organic,soil total N and soil total K of korean spruce-korean pine forest were higher than other forest types,with 34.4%,1.05%and 0.56%,respectively.Linden-korean pine forest and korean spruce-korean pine forest all had hignest available K with 357.93mg/kg.All of five forest types,showed soil pH value revealed evident seasonal dynamic,with the highest value in summer and the lowest in autumn or winter almostly.The range of pH value seasonal variation in non-rhizoxphere soil were larger than rhizoxphere soil,with the largest range of 0.17.The vertical variation of pH value show change in the soil profile.The total amount of soil microorganisms in three forest type of Primary Korean Pine Forest and two forest type of plantation forest displayed a seasonal change,which were higher in autumn,moderate in winter and lower in spring and summer.Among five forest types,the total amount of soil microorganisms had level change law obviously,that is the total amount of soil microorganisms in rhizosphere were more than that in non-rhizosphere,such that the largest range of korean spruce-korean pine forest was 14.6×108CFUg-1.In the three large group of soil microorganism,bacteria was the mosr major kind of five forest types,and account more than 98%for total microorganisms,Actionmycetes secondly with 0.99%~1.16%,Fungi leastly with 1%.The three large group of soil microorganism show vertical variation obviously,with largest in 10cm soil layer.In the soil physiological groups,Ammonifuing>Aerobe cellulolytie microoganisms>Organic phosphate bacteria<Inorganic phosphate bacteria>Oligotrophic cellulolytic>Aerobe Azotobacter.In that the organic groups were more 76.4×106CFUg-1 than inorganic groups.This article also concluded that,both the distributions of major physiological groups of soil microorganism and the three groups of microorganisms took on similar vertical trends in the scale of soil profile,that were,physiological groups of microorganisms were mainly aggregated in soil layer of 0~20cm with account for 87.13%.The study adopted correlation analysis about soil nutrient index and so on.There were notable significant correlation between soil microbial number,Bacteria,Fungi,Actinomycetes, Azotobacter,Phosphate bacteria and Organic matter,total K,total N,available K,available P while the believe degree is equal to 95%or 99%.
