Cistanche is belonged to obligate holoparasitic plant on host root,In natural con- ditions, Cistanche seeds germination depend on its host plant root extract or exudates to stimulate and Cistanche seeds development is extremely simple, non-radicle, non- hypocotyl, non-embryo differentiation, embryo by the dozens cells is spherical proem -bryo, In addition, Cistanche growth in natural conditions which is the harsh desert environment, resulting in the process of parasitic Cistanche is complexity. These reasons lead to the weak capacity of Cistanche autonomous propagation. In this paper,through the study of Cistanche inoculation technology and Tamarix ramosIssi- ma root activity to increase the vaccination rate lay a theoretical basis. The main conc- lusions are as follows:1. Different inoculation thawing mixture soaking experiments show that: 500 mg/l inoculation thawing mixture A treatment can effectively improve the number of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk)Whig inoculation and the immunization coverage rate of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk)Whig,making the average number of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk)Whig inoculation 13.3 and the immunization coverage rate of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk)Whig79.1%,Followed by equi-volume mix-solution of 200 mg/l in oculation thawing mixture A and 50 mg/l inoculation thawing mixture B treatment, Finally there is 200 mg/l inoculation thawing mixture B treatment; 500 mg/l inoculati -on thawing mixture A treatment can effectively improve the number of Cistanche deserticola Ma.inoculation and the immunization coverage rate of Cistanche desertico -la Ma,making the average number of Cistanche deserticola Ma inoculation 9.1 and the immunization coverage rate of Cistanche deserticola Ma 75.1%, Followed by equi-volume mix-solution of 500 mg/l inoculation thawing mixture A and 50 mg/l inoculation thawing mixture B treatment , Finally, there is 200 mg/l inoculation thawi -ng mixture B treatment.2. Different soaking time experiments show that: between the 0-24h, with the hormones soaking time increasing, the number of Cistanche inoculation and the immunization coverage rate of Cistanche is getting higher and higher and the highest is in 24h,making the average number of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk)Whig and Cistanche deserticola Ma.inoculation respectively 10.3 and 8.3 and the immunization coverage rate of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk)Whig and Cistanche deserticola Ma. respectively 82.0% and 77.5%.3. In different soil depth, the number of two Cistanche inoculation and the immunization coverage rate of two Cistanche are different. 40 cm inoculation depth can effectively improve the number of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk)Whig and Cistanche deserticola Ma.inoculation and the immunization coverage rate of Cistan -che, making the average number of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk)Whig and Cistanche deserticola Ma.inoculation respectively 5.3 and 4.1 and the immunization coverage rate of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk)Whig and Cistanche deserticola Ma. respectively 60.1% and 53.4%; Secondly 60 cm inoculation depth makes the average number of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk)Whig and Cistanche deserticola Ma. Inoculation respectively 2.6 and 2.0 and the immunization coverage rate of Cistanche tubulo -sa (Schenk)Whig and Cistanche deserticola Ma. respectively 42.4% and 36.2%;the inoculation results of 80 cm inoculation depth and 100 cm inoculation depthis same and the average number of inoculation and vaccination rate is 0.4. Different inoculation device experiments show that: kraft paper envelope can effectively improve the number of Cistanche inoculation and the immunization coverage rate of Cistanche, making the average number of Cistanche tubulosa (Sche- nk) Whig and Cistanche deserticola Ma.inoculation respectively 11.6 and 9.0 and the immunization coverage rate of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk)Whig and Cistanche deserticola Ma. respectively 84.2% and 80.5%, followed by Eco-bags, inoculation of paper lower but higher than the CK.5. The results of rooting powder and water retaining agent show that: equi-volu me mix-solution of 3g/L rooting powder and 4g/L water retaining agent can effectivel -y improve the number of Cistanche inoculation and the immunization coverage rate of Cistanche, making the average number of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk)Whig and Cistanche deserticola Ma.inoculation respectively 11.0 and 8.3 and the immunization coverage rate of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk)Whig and Cistanche deserticola Ma. res -pectively 82.3% and 77.9%, followed by the single application of 3g/L rooting powder and 4g/L water retaining agent, and finally water.6. The root activity of Tamarix ramosissima from April to August, showed a sin -gle peak curve, the highest in July;for 20~60 cm soil depth , the root activity of Tam -arix ramosissima decreased with the depth of the soil to increase; The deeper soil de -pth, the smaller root activity.7. 3.0 mg/ml rooting powder, inorganic fertilizer (urea 300.00 kg/ ha +calcium su -per phosphate 400.00 kg/ha +potassium chloride 200.00 kg/ha) and organic fertilizer ( pig manure) 15000 kg/ ha for improving the root activity of Tamarix ram osissima are the best for 20~40cm oil depth.;4.5 mg/ml rooting powder,inorganic fertilizer (urea 300.00 kg/ ha+calcium+super phosphate 400.00kg/ha +potassium chloride 20 0.00 kg/ha)and organic fertilizer (pig manure) 15000 kg/ha for improving the root act -ivity of Tamarix ramosissima are the best for 40~60 cm soil depth.
