This search for allelopathy effects of the the root exudates and the secretions of rhizosphere Microorganism of Ostryopsis davidiana on 2 months Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings in defferent levels in order to clarify the mechanism of coexistence of two plants preparatory.The teartment concentration of two kinds of allelochemicalsisrespectively: 2.5 mg·L-1,5.0mg·L-1,10.0mg·L-1,25.0mg·L-1,50.0mg·L-1.The elementary conclusions are as follows:(1) Coumarin has the excellent inhibition effect on the growth of seedling and root in 5 levels,while Phydroxybenzoic acid show the promotion effect in10.0mg·L-1and 50.0mg·L-1.(2) The pH value is reduced along with the increasing concentration by treated Coumarin,and show the alkaline character .while the pH value is lower clearly the control by treated Phydroxybenzoic acid in 50.0mg·L-1.(3) Coumarin inhibits the fresh and dry weight of seedling , especially at the 50.0mg·L-1.In the contrary, Phydroxybenzoic acid show the promotion effect at the 10.0mg·L-1.(4) Coumarin inhibits the Chlorophyll contents at the concentration of 2.5mg·L-1,while at the concentration of 50.0mg·L-1,shows the promotion effect. Phydroxybenzoic acid inhibits the Chlorophyll contents at the concentration of 2.5mg·L-1and 50.0mg·L-1,promots at the concentration of 5.0mg·L-1and 10.0mg·L-1.These Rhizosphere Microorganism are respectively: Fungi: F1,F2,F3,F4,F5,F6;Bacteria:B1,B2,B3,B4Actinomycetes:A1,A2,A3,A4,and the levels are confirmed respectively: 30ml/cup,60ml/cup,90ml/cup.The result is follows:(1) F1,B1and B3 have the inhibition effect on the growth of seedling at the all levels,while F6 shows the promotion effect. F6,B1and B4 inhibits the growth of root at the all levels,and F3,A1and A4 shows the promotion effect.(2) The pH value is lower the control by the secretions of F1,F2,F6,B1,B4 and A4.(3) F1,B1,A1,A2 and A3 shows the inhibition effect on the Chlorophyll contents at the all levels, while F6,B2,B3,B4 and A4 have the promotion effect. |
