Cultivated soybean is domesticated from one-year-old wild relatives.Wild soybean with high protein,many beads and resistance,and many other good traits,can serve as an excellent introduction of soybean cultivation gene source.On the other hand,the narrow genetic base of soybean breeding in China are the most important problem.The large variation in genetic diversity of wild soybean provides an important opportunity for a breakthrough of soybean breeding.Study on the genetic relationship between wild soybean and cultivated soybean in the morphology and physiology,cell genetic characteristics and molecular genetic study of many aspects,is an important prerequisite to study the evolution and resources development in wild soybean.In this paper,the following four aspects were studied:1.Study on the heterosis in the aspects of morphological and physiological in G.maxâ…©G.sojaA investigation was carried out to analysis the agronomic traits in F2 generation of G.maxâ…©G.soja,with a focus on growth habit,photosynthesis,100-seed-weight,grain protein and oil content to explore the wild and cultivated soybean soybean Heterosis and Inheritance. The result show that:F2 generation separated a small number of erect plants;Protein content, 100-seed-weight,oil content in F2 generation were widely separated,the three indicators have shown a certain degree of mid-parent heterosis.The characters of low lipid and small-seed in wild soybean was eased.Characteristics of light compensation point and a higher photosyn thetic rate under low-light indicate the wild soybean as the shade plants.The photosynthetic rate in the F2 generation of Gmaxâ…©G.soja was normal,and isolated some ultra-high parent plants.2.Cytogenetic study in F1 generation ofG.maxâ…©G.sojaCytogenetic study of the use of both of which can(crossability),hybrid offspring fertility (hybrid viability) as well as the F1 generation of hybrid pollen mother cell meiosis chromosome behavior.20 bivalens were observed in the hybrid F1 generation.Meiosis of pollen mother cells from F1 generation are the rules of conduct,but there was no significant inter-species differences for chromosome behavior,pollen mother cells from the split into the developmental period,the emergence of some of the pollen abortion phenomenon. 3.Identification of relative relationships between G.soja and G.max and study on the deviation and genetic bias in hybrid offspring based on SSR technology.Using SSR molecular marker technology to identify 10 G.soja and G.max soybean and cultivated soybean varieties for identification of genetic relationship.Wild soybean and soybean cultivation is divided into two on at the molecular groups,the larger the genetic distance between species.ZDD03651 was identified and cultivated soybean Glycine soja transition types.Y14 have more distant parental relationship with others.After inter-species hybridization,36.5%of the loci were found with segregation distortion,and direction of deviation was mainly toward cultivated variety Jidou 12.Direction of genetic similarity was maily toward Jidou 12 too.4 Comparative Transcriptomes Analysis of G.soja and Cultivated Soybean Base on ESTIn this paper,selected from public databases week-old cultivated soybean and wild soybean,and soybean drought stress EST library of a total of three(total 15,437 sequences) for bioinformatics analysis.Data Mining with self-developed software ESTminer:After blasting these EST equences with all Arabidopsis proteins,all the ESTs were categorized into functional groups by sequence according to MIPS gene vocabulary system(Geneontology). Finally three EST libraries were annotated for the functional clustering and comparative analysis of gene expression profiles.Drought-treated soybean and wild soybean gene expression patterns more similar.The energy metabolism and carbon metabolism(carbohydrate and fat metabolism) and epigenetic related genes were enhanced in the normal cultivated soybean.Resistance related genes were detected in a high level expression or the specific expression in drought-treated soybeans and wild soybean.This study was the first report of transcriptome comparison of G.soja and G.max based on the ESTs analysis.
