In order to study the effects of probiotics on the growing permormence of weaned piglets,a total 90 weaned piglets(duroc×large white×landrace) were randomly assigned to five treatments at 25±2days,each treatment included 18 piglets that were subdivided equally to three pens,each pen have 6 piglets with three male and three female.The five treatment is that treatment 1(Proportion),treatment 2(Lactobacillus),treatment 3 (Compound Probiotics),treatment 4(Blank Control),treatment 5(Aureomycin),the experiment was carried out 28 days with 3 days for pretest.The result is showed that the ADG of weaned piglets could be improved remarkably(increased 6.0%and 8.8%respectly) by Lactobacillus and Compound Probiotics compared to control group,there is no impact evently of Proportion on ADG of weaned piglets.But the FCR of piglets can be improved by additived Proportion,Lactobacillus,Compound Probiotics and Aureomycin(each changed is 1.87%,4.35%,6.84%,5.59%),and also diarrhea ratio of piglet could be decreased to 57.0%,54.9%,58.5%,60.4%,but ADFI & motility is not be impacted by those additive. So we concluded that there is a great effect additive the two Probiotics together with the interaction.When the experiment was carried to 48 days,the 2 piglets each repeat were chosed used to test nutrient digestibility,and fed 4 days in advance,then 4 days for formal test the effect of probiotics on the nutrient digestibility of weaned piglets.The results showed that the dry matter appear digestibility could be increased significantly by 1.99%,2.58%,5.33%,3.58% with additived proportion,lactobacillus,compound probiotics and aureomycin respectively compared to control treatment,and energy with protein appear digestibility also can be increased by 2.61%,3.59%,2.99%and 3.43%,5.57%,4.76%respectively fed those additives compared with control group,but the proportion can not take this action for energy and protein appear digestibility.During the end test day,the health 2 from each treatments weaned piglets were used to collection blood sample vial neck vein,and then slaughter for study the pH value,the develop of digest enzyme,the biochemical index of blood,the immunity of body,the system of microbe,tissue morphologic from digest tract content.The result showed that the pH value of content from the stomach,duodenum can be decreased by different type probiotics, but no action to pH value of back jejunum,ileum,caecum.And the activity of amylase, protease,lipase,can be increased,at the same time,the density of blood glucose could be enhanced,but no effect on the content of serum urea nitrogen,the content of serum total protein density.The IgG and IgM pencent were increased,but the IgA pencent is stable.The number of E.coli with Salmonella in jejunum and ileum respectively were reduced by these additives,but that of cecal was not obvious impacted,the density of Lactobacillus with probiotics can be enhanced in the post-weaning jejunum,however it is no impacted to that of ileum and cecum,the content of Campylobacter of jejunum can be increased,but that of ileum and cecum were not obvious impacted by these additives.The villus height of jejunum, ileum and cecum can be enhanced by Lactobacillus,probiotics,and the effect of Bacillus on the post-weaning jejunum,ileum and cecum villus height was not obvious.And we conluded that the post-weaning jejunum,ileum crypt depth can be decreased by probiotics,but the depth of the recess appendectomy was not obvious reduced by Probiotics.Probiotics can reduce post-weaning jejunum,ileum proportion of goblet cells;Lactobacillus compound probiotics can reduce the ratio of cell goblet appendectomy.
