The peristaltic waves on the stomach were clearly found, and the shrinking band was also found in the stomach angle. This method has obtained the excellent experimental effect, and initially established the observation gastric motility surgery method. The result indicated that using the two-sided arteria carotis communis anterior ligation anaesthesia method to observe the gastric motility in domestic rabbit and dog is a relative good method in the surgery condition. The gastric motility fundamental mode of domestic rabbit and dog is similar in the surgery condition in vivo. The primarily gastric motility is the peristaltic movement. The gastric motility was mainly on the posterior stomach in domestic rabbit, while mainly on the transitional zone and the posterior stomach in dog. The peristaltic wave could be divided into three different kinds of types. The first was a peristaltic wave which promotes toward to the pylorus outset. The second was the anti-peristalsis wave which moves from the pylorus to the transition zone. The third was concentric contraction which appeared on the mid-position of the posterior stomach. The shrinking band could be observed in most domestic rabbit stomach in the surgery condition, but it can't be obviously observed in dog gastric. The band did not change in position and shape during the observation process. The gastric motility contraction in the domestic rabbit is lower than dog gastric in intensity in the surgery condition in vivo. The gastric motility was continuous in the earlier observing stage. Compared with the earlier observing stage, the gastric motility had time phase correlation in the later observing stage. The low tide time and active stage in turn phenomenon occurred in the later observing stage. There had similar spot distribute position between the stomach transition shrinking band and the mid-gastric transverse band in imaging, but the position of the stomach transition shrinking band and the mid-gastric transverse band was not fully identical. Therefore, the relationship between the shrinking band and the mid-gastric transverse band need further study. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | domestic rabbit, dog, stomach, movement | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
