In recent years, with the steady improvement of economic lever in our country, the purchase of subsidy to agricultural machinery and tools, the mechanized planting on striding area, the great popularizing by transplanted manufacturer and dealer and every Nongji department, rice transplanter develops more and more strongly in Dingcheng District to spring up like mushrooms. It shows the trend of rapid development and high level. As the paddy fields in the regional topography are very different, many problems that can not be ognored exsit in the process when you are selecting the machine model: First, farmers invest more rice transplanter on the plains than in the hills and mountains, it caused a situation that the generalization of the transplanter is unbalance in Dingcheng area. Second, farmers have little knowledge on different types of transplanter. The reason is either the requirement which is easy and cheap leading to the results out of benefit or searching for the new or the big neglecting flexibility of transplanter. All of these result in that the advantages of transplanter and using rate couldn't be materialized fully, making down the investing benefit, influencing the expand of transplanter and preventing the development of agriculture mechanization.In view of currently situation, some study have been done in thispaper. At first, the right rice transplanter according to Dingcheng District has been choosed by using morphological analysis combined the requirement of rice transplanter function. secondly, the mathematical model has set up to ensure the order of quality existing kinds of models and the projects to rice transplanter machine type choicing has been bring forward, using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and Linear Programming Theory. At the same time, it makes an in-depth investigation and preliminary forecasting to developing current status and trend of Dingcheng District rice transplanter machines. Finally, the types choosing of rice transplanter has been evaluated combined with the realistic status of Dingcheng District.The result of study shows that KUBOTA SPW-68C hand rice transplanter, TOYO PF455S hand rice transplanter, KUBOTA SPU-68C high-speed riding type rice transplanter, FLW(Fulaiwei) 2Z-455hand rice transplanter, YM(Yaomar) VP6 riding type rice transplanter answer for the requirement of Dingcheng District rice transplanter.
