The Study Of Cultivate Pattern For Agricultural And Applicative Person In Agriculture University Which Under New Model Peasant Visual Angle

This study analyzed the status of peasant's education, the negative impact of peasant's education lag, and the reality of "under-supply" for new model peasant. To cultivate "new model peasant" is a systematic project, need to use the pragmatic technical education, the technology and ability education and promotion school record to promote peasant's culture quality. And the most important is to promote leaders, who full of high-caliber, culture, technology and management, and could be an example of carry out science and technology and build new rural area of socialism. To promote the talented person depends on agriculture universities. For this purpose, this study discussed how to train the agricultural and applicative person by agriculture universities.The study compared similarities and differences of personnel training patterns in agriculture universities between Asia, Europe, North America, and in our country, use an agriculture university in Hunan province to be an example, under the special background, that the higher education is turned from elite to popularization in our country, pointed defects of cultivate pattern, and by learning experiences from Japan, Canada, USA, and Germany, put modern thoughts and measures, what is to build new teaching system(including theory, practice, vocational education and education for all-around development), and created cultivate pattern for agricultural and applicative person, which was taking the ability cultivates as centre of gravity.
