Soybean sprout is a special vegetable,when soybean seed was dipped in the water,protein and asylum in the sprout have been changed greatly with the help of kinds of enzymes,and the content of Vitamin C in the sprout is greater than that in the soybean seed, so the sprout is advantage in the nutrition and eating,it is popular with farmer and consumer.In this study,the technology of micro-specimen measurement of sprout is used for studying the minimum weight of sample,which can give a help in the screening of germless and studying the inheritance of the cross offspring.The results as follows:1.Effect of different specimen to Soybean sprout with the micro-specimen analysisThree soybean varieties with different 10G-seed weight were used to study the technique of micro-specimen measurement of sprout yield.The result indicated the sprout yield of the micro- specimen sizes with 5-15g weight was stable,in other words,we can see 5g as a minimum weight to study the screening germless,genetic variance and analysis of inheritance.2.A study on genetic variance and screening of high Soybean sproutThere were significant differences in sprout yield,hypocotyls length,10G-seed weight and percentage of normal seeding.The degree of the variance:sprout yield>100-seed weight>hypocotylslength>percentage of normal seeding.Correlation analysis showed that:sprout yield was negatively associated with 100-seed weight,positively associated with hypocotyls length,and positively associated with percentage of normal seeding,12 relatively high sprout yield varieties were screened out from 206 soybean varieties(lines).3.Genetic analysis of sprout yield,hypocotyls length and percentage of normal seedingIt was showed that the inheritance of soybean sprout accorded with a two major genes plus polygene mixed inheritance model.The heritability values of major genes were 24.02%,and those of polygene were 68.21%,respectively.Percentage of normal seeding was controlled by polygene,with polygene heritability of 97.57%,and the inheritance of percentage of normal seeding accorded with a two major genes plus polygene mixed inheritance model.The heritability value of major genes was 26.81%and those of polygene were 50.50%.Correlation analyses among the three traits showed that positive correlations with significant level of 1%were found among sprout yield,percentage of normal seeding and hypocotyls length,sprout yield was negatively associated with 100-seed weight (r=-0.594**),positively associated with hypocotyls length(r=0.606**),and positively associated with percentage of normal seeding(r=0.685**),100-seed weight was negatively associated with percentage of normal seeding(r=-0.522**).
