The soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] is not only an important economic crop but also important food crop. Therefore, improving the internal and the external quality of the soybean is one of the important paths to resolve the soybean production problem in China, especially it is more urgent to study the seed related traits and isoflavones and its components composition in domestic and international soybean. The integration of SSR marker derived genetic map, identification of genetics effect of economically important agronomic traits and QTL analysis of seed in soybean serve the plant geneticist in a number of ways, from marker assisted selection in plant improvement to map-based cloning in molecular genetic research. Soybean is derived from ancient tetraploid and strictly self-pollinated. Its genome contains a large amount of duplication areas and repetitive sequences. The homology within the species is very high. For these reasons the research of genetic mapping in soybean is dropped behind the other crops. SSR markers play a critical role in integrating maps from different populations. One of the most important attempts in soybean genome research is to construct populations with large contents and facilities to locate special important agronomic traits. The results were described as followed.1. Genetics effects of important agronomic traits in soybean seedA genetic model for quantitative traits of seed in diploid plant was applied to analyze the genetic main effects and interaction effects between genotype×environment (GE) of soybean seed [Glycine max (L.) Merr.]. The internal and the external quality traits were measured including 100-seed weight, seed length, seed width, seed thickness and length/ width,length/ thickness,width/thickness and isoflavone content Genistein content,Daidzein content,Aglycon content,Genistin content,Daidzin content. The eight parents were Zheng92116(P1), Yudou29(P2), Yudou25(P3), Yudou22(P4), Yudou23(P5), Zheng90007(P6), Yudou19(P7)and Zhengchangqing 14(P8). Analysis on the genetic effects diploid embryo, cytoplasm and diploid maternal and their GE interaction effects for soybean seed quality traits, and the genetic correlation analysis...
