In order to improve the nitrogen utlization, this expriment with Mulus Hupehensis Rehd and sugar and humic acid as the test material, study of Sugar and HA on Nitrogen Absorption and Distribution of Malus hupenensis Rehd .The results as follow:1.During plant Rhizosphere environment, sugar may improve the plant growing and the activity of the nitrogen metabolism correlation enzyme. In which the effect of the 1% sugar is the best. The activity of the NR with the 1% sugar treatment attain to highest after treatment four hours, and keep higher level a section time. The activity of the GPT, GS improve quickly after treatment 1-2 hours.GS activity attains to highest after treatment 6-8 hours, after 8 hours have a little decrease after that keep a certain level. But after treatment 1-2 hours GPT keeps a certain level.2. Because the sugar in Rhizosphere environment, in plant the nitrogen absorb utilization improved, and the ability of the nitrogen transport to up ground be enhanced. 1% sugar made the plant nitrogen utilization by 7.15% increase to 9.87%, and under the condition of excising function leaves, keeping the nitrogen utilization with the control normal plant the difference not large, and made the nitrogen utilization by 1.55% increase to 6.96%. Sugar improved the nitrogen transport to up ground, effecting the nitrogen distribution in plant body inside, made the nitrogen distribution rate of the leaves improving enormously.3. As the concentration of the humic acid increasing the growing length of the roots longer, but the plant growing of up ground the 200ug/g humic acid treatment is the best. For the effect of the plant growing, the effect of the 200ug/g treatment is the best. The effect difference among the humic acid treatments not obviously, but compare with the control, clearing superior the control. Furthermore, humic acid improve plant unity for nitrogen absorb, made the nitrogen utilization by 10.44% increasing to 23.07%. Even if the nitrogen utilization has a wide margin increase, nitrogen distribution effect not large. 4. Humic acid can improve the activity of plant nitrogen metabolism correlation enzyme GS, NR, GPT. 100ug/g, 200ug/g, 400ug/g humic acid treatments the enzyme activity improving obviously, and 200ug/g treatment the enzyme activity is the highest; but among the humic acid treatments the changes of physiology index such as growth condition, enzyme activity and so on not large.
