Under the field conditions, two water treatments, irrigation and natural precipitation, and humic acid water-soluble fertilizer and clean water, were applied to study the morphological characteristics and photosynthetic characteristics of Mengnong Dayan No.1 and Neiyan No.5 at different growth stages.Indicators,as well as changes in carbohydrate metabolism, yield, and beta-glucan content after flowering, explored mechanisms for the coordinated regulation of oat yield and ?-glucan by water and humic acid. The study found:1.Effect of moisture and humic acid on photosynthetic index of oats: Through the analysis of photosynthetic indexes in each period,it was found that the photosynthetic rate of oats during the whole growth period was the highest at the jointing stage, and the main impact of photosynthesis on the heading stage was the limitation of soil moisture; The photosynthetic rate of irrigation treatment was higher than that of natural precipitation, and the intercellular CO2 concentration and stomatal conductance after spraying foliar humic acid fertilizer were significantly affected by water and humic acid.2.The effect of water and humic acid on soluble carbohydrate content of oats after flowering: Through analysis of total soluble sugar content, sucrose, glucose, and fructose contents of various organs after flowering,it was found that all treatments were increased first and then decreased after flowering. At the 20 th day,the contents of several sugars were highest in leaves.3.Effects of moisture and humic acid on ?-glucan content in oat grain: The ?-glucan content of both varieties at the harvest stage showed the content of ?-glucan sprayed with humic acid under drought conditions. The highest, proved that the content was negatively correlated with moisture and positively correlated with humic acid;4.Effects of moisture and humic acid on oat yield: The yields of the two varieties under irrigation treatment were higher than those of natural precipitation, and the of humic acid was higher than the spraying of clear water.Among them, the yield of HA sprayed by Mengnong Dayan No.1 under normal water supply conditions was 45.41% higher than that under drought stress. The yield of Neiyan 5 was 74.15% higher than that the drought stress treatment under the condition of spraying humic acid. The yield of spraying HA under normal water supply conditions was 75% higher than that of water spraying under water stress conditions. From this experiment,it was found that water had a positive correlation with the formation of oat yield, and ?-glucan content was negatively correlated with moisture, while humic acid had an increase effect on oat yield and ?-glucan content under water stress and normal water conditions.
